  It's something that I recommend because you need to completely restructure the HTML code of the page to do this. You must be technically advance in coding. It will be like the re-write of the code and may even break the code. It is very likely that some features may not work properly.

  I basically want the selectable part of lines/strokes to the Center - lik EIT would in Illustrator.  If an accident 1 pt stroke would have 0.5pt race part of the selectable part.

  Alignment of racing differs from slam it shut. By default, strokes is already aligned Center, you want to, but the alignment feature is always outside an object. The only way I was able to get the desired alignment is to apply the stroke to objects after positioning.

  I am answering my own question. I learned that if you right-click while trying to open a PDF file, you will be asked which application you want to use to open the file. If you click read the information, instead of choosing an application, you get this great information box that gives you the ability to set Adobe Reader in your default application for PDF files. It lets you change all the pdf files, you already have the Adobe files. Yay.
