  If you do not have the special edition of costco (whereby cases you should see costco in order prints option), if the photos are in the Organizer, use file > export as new files to send to your USB key, if that's what you want to do, or export them to a folder on your desktop, go to the website of costco and point this folder for the download of their software. If you do not use Organizer, just save the files to a folder on your desktop and do the same thing.

  Message is on your catalog and not in the photographs.

  Photographs must be in their respective folders unless you have moved their in the past...

  Now how to locate your catalog?

  Search "My catalog" folder and when you find it, check the new location.

  Launch Organizer, it will show a dialog box select the catalog. Navigate to the location where is "My catalog" and open it... Now, if all of the photographs are non-deplace, you would be able to access. Otherwise start reconnecting Muriel locate us files that are moved to other places and organizing catalog knows no missing files...

  you usually have an exe and 7z (with the same name for the same program) file.  put them both in the same directory and double-click on the exe file.

  If this doesn't solve your problem, attach a screenshot of the files on your hd that reveals their names, extensions and sizes.

  I tried to download the free trial to adobe photoshop elements 12 and then had problems when I uninstalled it, it also uninstalled my 8 items that I already had.  I have the disc and the key on the box.  When I put the disk in the computer, it simply shows the files in a list, it does not work for download 8 items again like it did the first time...
