  Here's the problem and the solution...

  Your laptop is the Intel Skylake chipset.

  For some reason, Intel does not provide support USB2 for this chipset up to what the chipset drivers are installed after the installation of W7.  Some PCs don't even have the USB2 ports.

  Your installation of W7 media does not have USB3 drivers required to install Windows via USB 3 port (or a DVD will work most of the time).

  The solution is to run this tool on a computer that is running W8.1 or W10.  There is a readme file on the link which will provide the instructions that you need to install W7.  You need to install W7 via a usb flash drive.

  After this mixture of partitions, you destroyed drive HARD (F8) installation option. There is nothing you can do about it.
