How do contact you Microsoft directly?

How can you contact Microsoft DIRECTLY. I just bought a computer and told me almost everywhere and when I try to do almost anything that I do not have access, or I do not have permission even under the administrator account.

There is a kind of lock on the OS and Microsoft has to tell me how to unlock the operating system so that I can do what I want, be it good or bad, it's my computer and I don't think that they have the right to tell me I don't have permission or access!

Yes, I recorded the OS and activated the user administrator account, but still a lot of no access or authorization, who do think they tell me that? This is my computer not them! If I want to screw it up that my choice not theirs!

So, how contact them directly for this problem?

If you have paid for Windows directly support is available.  However, if
the copy of Windows came with the computer, and then contact the one who sold it to
to you for support, Microsoft does not provide free assistance in this
situation.

To explore the options that are available to your specific situation, both free
and paid, go to http://support.microsoft.com/ph/14019

Otherwise if you post more on what you're trying to do and what
occurs when you try, you'll probably find someone here who
is willing to help.
