  I have 2 Director of accounts (I forgot the password) and a standard user account. I forgot the admin password so I can't download all the programs since internet or make changes to the system.
  How can I recover the password administration? Here are the steps I have already taken.
  1 sticky keys but didn't that I need an installation CD and it did not work.
  2. I tried to download program from CNET but password user account control is requested.
  3. calls for example net user (tried this when logged in as user standard I should try it in safe mode and cmd?)
  4 password reset disk

  I could get access to another computer if it would be of any use.

  There are a lot of options built into Windows to help you out of this situation:
  • Restart the computer with your Windows repair CD, then use system restore to set Windows in a few days (only works if you have recently changed the password).
  • Log in as administrator mode without failure, then reset the password for your existing account (the password is usually empty).
  • Insert your flash drive USB with the password key file (only works if you have taken the time to create such a key file).
  • Use the password indicator (works only if you have created a hint and if it's good enough to allow you to guess the password)
  • Check your paper files (works only if you threw down the password somewhere)
  When you're done, plan ahead a little and create, test and document an alternative admin account, same as you have a spare emergency House key. This will save you a lot of trouble.

  You can start in safe mode and use the built-in Administrator account, which has no default password.  I describe How to do this here.

  However if this account is disabled or has a password set, the only resolution supported for you is to reinstall your operating system.  Microsoft cannot help you break in front of a password.

  If an empty password does not work then you probably have to rebuild the virtual machine. This time, I recommend adopt you the practice of setting up a second admin account immediately and make a note of the password. It's the same when you buy a new car: you get at least two sets of keys.
