How do I delete emails in the scan to address book so I can add new?

I currently have the email set up the fine.  But when I scan a document and you want to send by email, there are already addresses in the address book which A) I don't want and can't remove, B) I can't add new ones constantly.  When I try to add new, it only allows me to add new to this email only.  The add to address book option is grayed out.  I looked at the manual, talked to tech on the phone who admit that they don't know how to do it.  Now, I have to type my email in full whenever I have something so he could scan scan to me.

Can someone please help?

go to network-view network set up and find the ip address.  Type in any web browser. from there, you can change the address book.
