  I can tell you that the metadata about the object 52 0 is properly integrated with the PDF, and therefore the metadata document. See this screen shot in Acrobat X, which I get to by clicking on the additional metadata button.

  I had corruption of the registry "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders", where many of the keys have values set for the directories of the user of my administration.   Using Adobe Acrobat Pro, I created a simple form that users can fill.  I have never see the form.  The form is for them to complete, to their own computer and to update when they have more information.

  It is not possible for you to do this settings, that's what the user needs to do to an end.

  Needs of the users to disable the PDF Viewer in the web browser plugin, now the PDF opens in the web browser & will need to be allowed to download. Once you have downloaded the PDF, it can be opened in the reader.

  Highlight and change the color of the text is not the same thing!

  Adobe Reader can highlight text using the highlight tool.  This cannot be a real text, not 'text' on a scanned image.

  To change the color of text you need Acrobat.
