How do I get billing help of Adobe with someone on the phone?

What a frustrating experience!

I'm moving my plan from month to month and the plans described are very confusing. After 30 minutes on a useless chat with someone who doesn't seem to have a clue and was obviously foreign, I signed up for what I thought I wanted, but think that I made a mistake. Adobe doesn't make it easy to buy. I want to talk to someone kill their contact page says I can't phone anyone. Really?

Someone at - it ideas?
