  What symbols you're wanting to insert in your text?  If they are accentuated letters, all you have to do is hold down this button and a menu will appear.  Press the number that corresponds to the accented letter you need.  If they are other symbols or emoticons in general, press command + control + space to show the visualizer of characters.

For example, Microsoft Word may install a custom dictionary to the location specified by the value of this entry. You can enter any valid Universal Naming Convention (UNC) or mapped drive name in the value of this entry.

  Is it not recommended to remove the content from APPDATA, because it contains information of the applications.

  If you want to reduce the number of unnecessary files on your hard disk to free up disk space and help your computer run faster, use disk cleanup. It removes temporary files, empty the Recycle Bin, and removes a variety of file system and other items that you no longer need.
