  The serial number of the computer has nothing to do with the product key for Windows.

  What happened when you tried to install Xp with sp3? If you do not have the original for the computer that you use to install Windows?

  I guess you have missed a few points in my previous answer. As I mentioned earlier, you will not be able to find the Bluetooth that you use a desktop motherboard provided by ASUS; to be precise, a desktop computer. Workstations generally lack of Bluetooth devices and you need to make workarounds for Bluetooth devices runs on your PC.   What symbols you're wanting to insert in your text?  If they are accentuated letters, all you have to do is hold down this button and a menu will appear.  Press the number that corresponds to the accented letter you need.  If they are other symbols or emoticons in general, press command + control + space to show the visualizer of characters.
