But this generally record only a small amount of disk space and doesn't really help the problem. The only real solution to buy a bigger hard drive. Fortunately, they are very cheap these days.

  You can create a smart playlist which, for example, collecting files converted based on the date that they are added to the library. It depends on how you want to proceed.
