  If you want the formula is the same (B2 - C2) in the cell of each column you must change it as ($B$ - 2$ C$ 2). Then copy it, select the whole column and paste.

  Please disable any firewall or Antivirus for now and try to activate Acrobat again.

  Ask for the Code is generated when you click on "Generate Code button Request" (see the Screenshot). Did you follow the link provided by Ana Maria? You see the screen below while activating offline mode?

  I am able to install an old version, origin of Acrobat 7 on a newer computer, and it opens then asks to connect to the internet to activate.  Online activation is apparently not available (I think Adobe turn it off for an older version of Acrobat 10 years), so I discovered I could activate offline by generating a response to enter Acrobat Code.  However, in order to get the response Code, it tells me to enter the serial number of the product (no problem, I still don't have the original packaging, the drive and s/n) and the demand for the Product Code (problem, I don't know where to find it).  I chatted with Adobe and they said they can't help, I should try Forums.  Does anyone have an idea how to determine the claim for this product Code?

  I'll post a quick tutorial on how to upgrade the firmware for your printer.

  Whatever printer you have to do most of your print, there are a few things you can do to ensure that it runs optimally. According to the model and printer ship date, you can have a few updates to make as your printers may not have shipped with the driver or the most recent firmware.

  There are many reasons why these updates are important. Driver updates will make your printer run more smooth and faster from your computer or the printing station. They will also update Media preloaded into the pilot that they become available on the market, so that you can easily print on these materials.

  Firmware updates also make sure that your printer works more fluid and faster, but this applies to the material itself. Firmware is only the software that is loaded in your hardware. Latest firmware updates for some models of printers decreased paper and ink waste and increased print speeds.

  Now to download the latest version of the software that you will need:

  1. Go to HP.com support & drivers
  2. Click on the green box
  3. Type the product number of the printer that you have
  4. Select what OS you have on the desktop / laptop
  5. After that, you can go ahead and get the latest version of the software that are available on the list.

  The process is automatic and the maximum transfer rate should be about 20 GB/HR. If the process crashes during that long of a time, it's probably because of something internal rather something you're doing wrong.
  For reference purposes, I included this link. It goes into the details of the migration from XP to Vista (and the basic steps you follow). The instructions are for migrating to Vista via the network, but you can easily follow the steps and choose a different option for your specific installation.

  For both machines, I recommend you to prepare for the transfer using the following procedure:
  1. click on START > run

  2 type "msconfig" (without the quotes) and press enter

  3. go to the "Startup" tab and uncheck all the entries displayed

  4. click on 'Apply' at the bottom right

  DO NOT RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AGAIN

  5. click on START > run

  6. Type "cmd" (without the quotes). Right-click on the result at the top of the menu START and select 'run as administrator '.

  7. type chkdsk /r and press enter

  8 allow the system to attempt disassembly of the volume

  9. allow the system to plan restarting

  10. restart your computer

  11 let checkdisk analyze the file system on your hard drive

  12. Once completed, perform the same steps on the other machine

  13. Once completed, repeat the transfer
