How do I restore the menus permanently bar.

In Acrobat X Pro when I move a document to another screen the menu bar and the outdoor window disappear.  I have to type f9 twice to get back them.  How can I fix it?

The problem is not because of Adobe Acrobat. But it is because Kaspersky Internet Security 2015. Please update KIS 2015 to its latest version 15.0.1.415.

I lost my recovery for windows Vista disk. How can I restore the computer to its original factory State? I can't find how to create recovery discs, I did not have this option in the Recovery Manager

    Hello

Here are the different ways to reinstall vista

Contact the computer manufacturer and ask them to send you to vista recovery disks to reinstall the operating system back as it was when you bought it

they do it for a nominal cost of $

also ask them if you have a recovery partition on your hard drive to get back to the way you bought

you would normally press F10 or F11 or Alt + F10, 0 at startup to start the recovery process according to the manufacturer

Ask them of the exact key sequence

or borrow a microsoft dvd vista

Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer

they contain all versions of vista

This is the product key that determines which version of vista is installed

  • How to automatically restore the session after a crash/update / without asking me if I want to restore it?

Hello, there are times that my Firefox crashes (well, it happens to all of us who use it to some extent) or updates asking to restart. I would like to know if there is an option that allows you to restore the previous session automatically without asking me even. It would be very useful for reasons. I had this kind of problem a couple of times ending me be upset. Sometimes I misclicked and lost all my important tabs. Other times my firefox has crashed/shifted on after reboot and guess what sound restart still has not even asking me if I wanted to restore my session crashed.

    Thank you in advance.

Cesarius Hi, I think I understand, but I have not explained completely.

The browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes preference is to avoid an infinite loop. The default value 1 means an attempt to restore the session automatically once and if it fails (for example, it crashes before it can finish to restore), then display the "embarrassing". You could try to increase the value of 2 or 3 and see if it works on the second or third time. If you still see the screen "This is awkward" after a crash, Firefox still does not make a failback.

You can also check if there is a file user.js in your profile folder. A user.js file is a file of optional parameters that Firefox reads at startup and uses to override the settings saved in your previous session. Unless you create a user.js file yourself, you can usually just remove it. This article includes a section on the hunt for a possible user.js file: How to fix preferences that will not save.

Note: by default, Windows hides the .js file extension. Precise work with file names, I suggest setting windows to show all file extensions. This article has the steps: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

You can try adding this code in the userChrome.css file.

Add code to the file userChrome.css below default @namespace.

    @namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

    #nav-bar-customization-target > #personal-bookmarks {-moz-box-flex:1!important;}

The file userChrome.css (UI) customization and userContent.css (Web sites) are located in the folder of chrome in the Firefox profile folder.

  • How can I restore the default new tab of Mozilla Page

Firefox used to have a screen of my opening of sites visited when I open a new tab. Now, after installing and uninstalling of software Incredibar (malware is better that way), I can't seem to get the page MyStart opening when I create a new tab. Is it possible to restore the new page original tab I had before?

Hello strandedtxgirly, you can install the addon Search reset , or manually reset the new tab page by entering Subject: config in the address bar of firefox (confirmed the message information where it appears), seeking the preference named browser.newtab.url and right click and reset it to its default value (Subject: newtab).

  • Qosmio X 500-how do to restore the BIOS?

    HY

My Qosmio x 500 has worked (from the point of view of cooling), until I made a very big mistake. I did upgrade the BIOS to version 2.9 of the official website of the Toshiba and now my laptop stops in games after 5 min. Before this update, I had no such problem. I'm so very shure it's this BIOS version error.
If someone can tell me how to restore the BIOS on Qosmio X 500, I'd appreciate it.

    Concerning

    Hello

This BIOS downgrade option you want to say is not possible as on Toshiba site only the most recent version can be downloaded. Latest version of BIOS is also the most stable version if BIOS downgrade is not important.
It is possible to the ASP.

I can t imagine this new version of BIOS is causing this problem.
You use the pre-installed Windows version with * original * Toshiba display driver (nVidia no)?
Do you have a performance maximum cooling option in Windows power options?

  • How do I restore the partition hidden bootcamp

    Hello

I had the partition, bootcamp for windows 7 and I had restored the bootcamp. Bootcamp deleted the partition, but it could not restore the main HD storage size. How to restore the free space.

    Hello there, elixir_125.

Looks like you're wanting to reformat the hard drive on your MacBook to delete the Bootcamp partition. The following Knowledge Base article offers up how to do this:

How to reinstall OS X on your Mac

Wipe your drive and install OS X

Generally, you don't need to erase your startup disk to reinstall OS X. The OS X Installer is designed to allow you to perform an installation in place during the same version or earlier versions of Mac OS X. If you transfer your Mac to a new owner, you can clear your integrated boot disk before you reinstall OS X.

Important: Before you remove and reinstall, back up your important files. If you are using a MacBook, MacBook Air or MacBook Pro, make sure that the power adapter is connected and plugged all by performing the following steps.

You can use these measures to erase files on your startup drive and install a fresh copy of OS X:

    1. Before you begin, make sure that your Mac is connected to the Internet.
    2. Restart your Mac. Immediately hold down the command (⌘) keys and R after having heard the startup sound to boot into OS X Recovery.
    3. When the recovery window, select disk utility, then click on continue.
    4. Select the volume name back from your startup disk in the left side of the disk utility window, then click Delete.
    5. If you want to erase the disc safely, click Security Options. Select an erasing method, and then click OK.
    6. On the Format menu, choose Mac OS extended (journaled). Type a name for your drive, and then click clear.
    7. After that the drive is deleted, close the disk utility window.
    8. If you are not connected to the Internet, select a network in the Wi-Fi menu.
    9. Select the option to reinstall OS X.
    10. Click on continue and follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall OS X.

    Additional options

If you want to reinstall the version of Mac OS X included with your Mac, or if you have to reformat your entire startup disk, press Command + Option + R to start instead. This starts your Mac recovery of the Internet.

If you have more than one partition (like Boot Camp) and you want to delete the complete startup disk, you can use disk utility to remove the partitions or re-partition your hard drive. Start up your Mac in recovering from Internet, then use utility to repartition your boot disk drive until delete you it. Make sure that you back up important data from all partitions before repartitioning of a disc.

Thank you for being a part of the communities of Apple Support.

    See you soon.

  • How can I get the volume level bar back which was above my bar spots?

I had this working OK last week, but I have changed a few settings. In fact, I got someone on this site to help me to restore the Volume control icon in my taskbar. I must have done something to remove it when I did my clean install of Windows XP and more.

So there is a little volume thing that appears above the taskbar when I clicked on the volume upward or down arrows on my keyboard. But for some reason, which does not appear now. I know I messed with all my volume settings a lot so I could keep my volume high enough to listen to music on my pc, but not to blow up with Bang and pc sounds.

I even had someone here teach me how to adjust each individual windows sound on my Cigma such C - Major Audio to control panel > sound & Audio Devices > sounds. I put them all at ZERO for a while, but I turned their back on now since I missed them too!

So, how can I get this small volume return display?

Open Control Panel and click on the sounds icon. Now you can activate the option to display the Volume icon in the taskbar.
