  Hello and welcome to the community!

  With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

  1) register HRT

  The radio refers to radio unit which allows the talk to the network, the phone callse, etc..  You must go to manage connections and turn on the Mobile network.  You also need a data plan in order to use the AppWorld.

  I want to just give some food for my Xperia Arc last updated version ICS 4.1.B.0.587.

  After the update, as soon as the phone have been activated, if I can go in a screen or an application which requires me to turn the phone on side view landscape, subsequently, switch State and data traffic Widgets becomes elongated. (see attached photo)

  do not repair your phone by the CCP. Before that, you can try repair by closing the home app.

  Go to settings > applications > | all of the apps | Search Xperia - Home > tap and close. Click on the home button and the Launcher will be charging. See if that helps.

  Otherwise go to applications > xperia-home again and erase the data.

  If that didn't help then repair your phone by the CCP.

  I am having some problems with the pop-up notifications. I'm on a prepaid monthly plan and sometimes my mobile data is not 'free' which means that I have fresh when I turn it on. Before I had a pop-up notification whenever I try to enable mobile data, attention that this may have costs. I think I should have clicked the "do not show this new 'option." Does anyone know how to get it back?

I don't want 5.1.1 as the battery life is a little ridiculous that this notification is always coming from time to time. I clear the "software update" application cache and it will, but always comes back after restart.

  I think you can get the pop-up notification for mobile data if you go to settings > Apps > the 'All' tab > phone > clear data. Note that you could have two of the phone app then erase the data for each group and then restart the phone.

  About the software update notification, I don't think that you can completely remove it unfortunately. He always appears after reboot.
