How do the smaller font?

I had the computer repaired and now the police is very large. How can I change the default size?

You can watch this extension to adjust the size of the font of the user interface and possibly set a zoom via the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx pref which affects both the user interface and web pages.
You can do this via the extension Options/preferences (topic: addons or the Tools menu): Zoom.

If you can't use the Zoom setting in the extension then edit layout.css.devPixelsPerPx directly on the topic: config page from 1.0 to 0.1 or 0.05 steps (1.1 or 0.9) until icons look right.

You can watch the Default FullZoom Level or NoScript extension to define a page zoom and the size of the default font on the web pages.

I have a mini Ipad.  I have files in the Notes I want to print on a HP 4635 while a printer using airprint.  When I print the file, the font is too large.  I would like to know how to make the font smaller when I print on the printer.  My ipad is updated with IOS v9.2.

I think that the notes application will print in the font size regardless of your iPad is on. Before you print, go to settings > General > accessibility > and change under a larger text size. -AJ

  • Forcing the smaller fonts in input fields.

Hello. I'd appreciate help on how to force the text smaller in some areas where the input can be sometimes longer than the size of the field. Some forms I've seen forcing the smaller text until the field. Can someone help me with this? Thank you, in advance.

    Hello

In the LC designer if you select the textfield and the police palette set the font size to zero (0). The field must also be set to limit the visible part of the object > field palette.

Then in Acrobat, leaving it 12 points and automatically reduce as more text is entered.

    Hey @mrz,

I think that you are having a hardware failure with your printing system. If you want to change the back driver just follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Start menu
    2. Select the devices and printers
    3. In the devices and printers folder right click on your Photosmart C6250 and left-click on properties of the printer
    4. Left click on the Advanced tab
    5. Click the dropdown for driver and everything just move it back to your Photosmart driver.
    6. Select apply and then OK to save the changes to driver.

With regard to an all-in-one who would be on your needs and is economical on ink I would propose a HP Officejet 8610 e-all-in-one or an Officejet 8620 e-all-in-one.

HP Officejet 8610 and Officejet 8620 purchase price

Both printers have the same exact capabilities, but the 8620 Officejet has a slightly larger screen and duplex can copy and scan as well.

Here are the specifications for these printers:

    Features of HP Officejet 8610

    Features of HP Officejet 8620

The Officejet 8610 and 8620 have a removable printhead that adapt the 4 cartridges. The print head is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and any HP extended warranty that you can buy. By so if the printhead fails it will be replaced without cost to you with 4 new cartridges. There is a black cartridge, cyan, magenta and yellow that come with your printer.

The performance of standard page for cartridges are:

    Black - 1000 pages

    Cyan - 700 pages

    Yellow-700 pages

    Magenta - 700 pages

This size is supplied with the printer in the box.

    Extra-large performance for cartridges are:

    Black - 2300 pages

    Cyan - 1500 pages

    Yellow-1500 pages

    Magenta - 1500 pages

Even though this model is an Officejet printer, its print system still allows you to print photos and documents. This makes it compatible with Matt and glossy photo paper.

I wish you good luck with your decision. Thanks again for joining the Forums of HP Support! Take care

  • How change the font size screen writing only

Thunderbird (dial) screen writing allows the choice of fonts for HTML e-mail messages, but no fonts sizes, traditional 'points '. Is there a button up/down on the screen and a configuration option for the small/medium/large, etc.

By sending me mail and reading in other popular e-mail client, I see that 'medium' is the 12-point type, which is what I want. But when I select medium as my default, the text on the screen of the writing is too small, nowhere close to 12 points by the eyeball. If I make the font bigger on the write screen so I can read it, then it is received like 14 or 18pt.

There must be a way to choose what you see on the screen of writing, regardless of what is actually encoded as HTML and sent. Of course, I can do Ctrl/Shift / +, and makes the text at the larger screen (leave image intact, thanks!), but it has tiny back the next time I open the program. Is it possible to make this text magnification "stick"?

'Medium' is reflected by how the client of the recipient is configured to display as usual. Better to leave Thunderbird in this setting.

For your own needs, however, you can set how Thunderbird displays the content for you and this applies to incoming and outgoing messages.

Under Tools | Options of, you will find a tab labeled display and under another label formatting. This is where you define how Thunderbird displays the content. Note that it conforms to HTML standards and this sets in pixels, not points.

Next to the tab view is a named another Composition where you can set the default font to use in your outgoing messages.

Note that changes are not always immediately apparent. You will need to maybe deselect and re - select a message to see changes in the settings, or at worst, close and re - open Thunderbird.

I haven't checked recently, but for a long time, Thunderbird would set some font attributes (style, size, weight, etc.), but seems to forget to actually specify the font to use. This resulted in the client of the recipient using the default font. If you are concerned about the definition of a particular font, I'd recommend the add-on of the stationery. Allows you to create templates incorporating the definitions of complete style.

I would also add that as police in the e-mail settings are optional and can be replaced by the recipient or his mail client, don't worry too much about if it's perfect. Non-standard fonts, you can have and use do not appear on another computer where they or effective equivalents, are not installed. Stick to what is called "web-safe" fonts and colors if you do not want surprises.

    Kathy {personal info deleted}

    Hey Kathy,.

I see that you have a problem with the text in small font on printed documents.  You say that this only happens when the navigation and printing from the internet.  What browser do you use?  (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

Have you tried using another browser?  Normally this problem is the result of a problem of compatibility between the printer driver and the browser program.

So, you can try using a different printer driver, such as the 990 c driver.  The other pilot should be able to go beyond the question of compatibility and printing back to normal when on the internet.  For more information on how to exchange for a different driver click here.

    Hope this helps,

  • Small fonts in the dialog, menu, tab boxes

New machine with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - Bit.  The size of the font on the tabs and the menu selections under them in different dialogue and mindows menu boxes are too small.  I will mention here that those found in Windows, IE8 and other programs MS, that come with a default installation, no software.  How to resolve them without using the magnifying glass and without increasing the magnification?  My screen resolution is the recommended setting, dpi is 100%, the graphics card to recommended settings.  I've used the features of personalization to increase the size of fonts and other parameters for items like the title bar Active, et al.  Even here in this forum I have trouble reading because of small font size and I don't see a way to increase locally or globally.

Separate but related question: having increased sizes of fonts, etc., using personalization, now the text is too large for the boxes used in different windows.  For example, the text entered in the search help box is too large vertically so the bottom of the text is cut off.  How can this be corrected?

In terms of Web pages, just click ctrl + scroll upward. You can change the size of this way. Use it in combination with ronnies DPI change might look a little better?

  • How to set the display font in TB31.3?

I would like to see all of my incoming messages are displayed in plain text in the same font. Older versions of TB have been able to do. You have the police required for all appropriate encodings and fonts?

See the part of the end of this page:

    http://www.Ramsden.org.UK/9_Type_sizes.html

Since "the fonts used to display messages on your screen are defined here:

  • composition window is suddenly using a small font (2 - pt?) -the police appear correct when sending.

The message compose window suddenly use a small font (2 - pt?). It happened "spontaneously" when replying to a message. It happens all the time now.
When the message is sent subsequently, the fonts are normal in size. When I increase the font size in the composition window, it seems enormous after sending.
    I use a Mac with OS 10.9.2.
Any ideas on restoring the sizes of police in the compose window?

  • How can I change the proportional font in Firefox?

I prefer the helvetica font, so I changed the fonts for Web pages in the Firefox settings to it (changed all fonts helvetica, unchecked "allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"). However, some Web pages still displayed in what I guess is police seriff under proportional font. It would be nice to get all Web pages to display in the helvetica font, but it seems that firefox allows seriff or without seriff for the proportional font.
How can I make all display Web pages with the same font: helvetica?
Please don't tell me how to change other policies; Yet once, I did it.
I just want to know whether and how the POLICE PROPORTIONNELLE may be changed or disabled, so that all Web pages displayed in helvetica.

I found it. In fact, the proportional asking you if you prefer without serif or serif. Then, under the present, you can choose what serif is and how modish.

For example, I wanted my proportional to the police of Mona font. So I put sans serif for proportional representation, and then I changed sans serif for Mona.
