  a. start Windows Explorer and go to this folder:

  b. in this folder, rename the BMP file that corresponds to your user account.
   
  (For example, if your user name is Robert, rename Robert.bmp to old_Robert.bmp)

  c. then rename the following folder:

  C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft account Pictures\Default pictures
   
  to something else, for example,.

  Edition - shows only upward on one of the 2 computers I have / use.  Any movie file I import was that if camera, animation or imported from youtube.  All formats - slight differences in size, fonts and the location.

  Hi and thanks... Videos out of my camera I'm just drag and drop to the desktop.  They are avi - cam is a Canon about a year.  Others are .mov of 3D software I use - Cinema 4 d. I save animation software in the appropriate folder.   Youtube videos are made with YOutube Video Downloader and files are for most .flv but others come too.

  All of these files open when doubleclicked and the name of the file is very large print at the bottom of the screen may be 4 seconds then fades.  I've not edited somehow - they are the first "raw" video camera or animation software.

  It is not consistent, but especially it happens only on one machine - Win 7 Pro with all the updates.

  We have removed the function part of assets while use was still quite low. Customers and usage data showed that people were not being very successful with this workflow. We are working to add this feature to the multi-res export in the future, however. For now, you can continue to rename the layer to get the assets in different resolutions.

  We use the FM8 Tech Comm suite 1 in a Windows XP environment.

  We have created a number of conrefs, and they do not display unless we had a filter by attribute > show all.

  Synopsis of the problem:

  We have created a conref, as we normally do and placed in the same directory as the map and the concept (target). In my case, the conref is a concept that contains a table.  We inserted the conref in the doc of the target and it appears correctly.   Modify application heading (and book) patterns structured and set the condition of DITA Conref to display by default. I don't know why that would have been defined to hide (hmm... maybe you have created your own applications and do not add these conditions?) ... but when you open a file DITA conditional parameters in the template are applied to replace those that the file has been saved with. Here are the typical location of the subject model...

  C:\Program Files\Adobe\\Structure\xml\DITA\app\DITA-Topic-FM\topic.template.fm
