Because I'm in development of access code mode, I sometimes cause program crashes of the window, not forcing me to restart my computer virtual when that particular problem surfaces. My preference of Fusion is configured to optimize the performance of the host, based on some tip I've read in this blog some time ago.

It may be true for YT player however since you say that it is resized in native mode - nothing, most likely, a problem with the way which manage you objects in mode full screen. Difficult to say without seeing the code.
