  I would like to point out what I consider to be a serious problem user and design fault introduced with PES 9 (see the discussion of this forum; "Where is the advanced preference dialogue in Elements 9? (Discussion 3160084 #3160084). I'm not alone in wanting to come to the attention of Adobe. How this is done?  A suggestion was to go to the Adobe homepage and choose Help, where the option to report a bug.  I can't find any option here to specifically to report a bug in the elements, but other software products?  Is anyone able to me (and others) in the right direction?

  Lost the feature universal paste. Manually add them back in keyboard shortcuts. They do not work in all programs. If I copy and paste a url in a browser, it is not paste in ANYTHING. What an absolutely frustrating experience! The most common features have disappeared and now they don't work well. Really? Come on Apple! This is not what Mac users are accustomed to Apple.

  Run disk utility to see if the startup disk needs repair.

  You can also try a Safe Mode boot that removes the system caches that can help...

  Follow these steps to start in safe mode.

  1. Start or restart your Mac.
  2. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.

Turning it on the second computer will automatically be in effect 'disable' the license for the first computer. The key works with 32 and 64 bit, but can only be installed at a time.

  If it's an OEM license - don't. OEM licenses, including Windows preinstalled on a computer before purchase and Windows purchased separately, are related to the first computer, they are installed on and cannot be transferred to another computer. To install Windows on another computer, you will need to buy another copy.
