How install windows 8.1, said I am not admin?

I already check my user account, I am the single user account and admin.

Here is the message I get:
"You must use an account with administrator privileges to install Windows 8.1, try to connect with the PC administrator user account and try the update again."
I already talked to technical support and he told me to go to safe mode with networking, I did, but could not enter the windows store to try and update... I am now in the regular operating system.
Any solution?

First, find where are all updates to windows. Go to control panel to control---> programs.  Then, under programs and features, you will see a link called "see updates installed". Under Microsoft Windows, scroll down to KB2871389. Uninstall and then to accept the demand for restarting your computer.

Now, log in under your account (with administrator privileges) and then go into the corner until the floating menu comes up, then choose settings. In settings, choose Edit settings of PC downstairs. Then click 'windows update' at the bottom of the right side of your screen. Search for updates now and it will take a few minutes, but they will find a (KB2871389). There is a message saying it will download automatically in the coming days, but ignore that, click the link for an important update and choose install now (or something like).

Connect with an account admin, go to the store, choose the 8.1 update and now no admin problem.
