Connections and reports have all migrated to this version. The other workstation, I did the same thing and when I tried to run SQL Developer tried to run first using the sqldeveloperW.exe and it hung and would not do anything and I had to reboot my box to use it more. I was able to run sql developer on this box since then however it does not ask me to migrate my settings from my previous installation. How can I do this?

  You can delete all the SQL Developer\systemXXX folder under the (hidden) of your Windows user profile Application data. This will reset all default settings and ask for the migration.
