How overclock mi cpu with a program?

I have an Intel Pentium processor and I vant to ovrerclock with a program and if there is any program from the bios. From the bios, I have tried but no lucki. I think that my bios is locked the becas I don't have subject to overclock cpu.

My bios is: 6GET19WW (for the NON-HDMI)

    You might be able to find the tp dp software a little OC but the thing most ideal is the bios of the motherboard, HP block it tight so you can not do better and jump motherboards crap HP sells the unit.  Buy the new motherboard and case put it everywhere.
