How to access the photos, I have licensed and downloaded.

File could not be opened after that I downloaded a licensed image.  I got this message, "it may be damaged or use a file format that does not recognize overview".   I tried different browser and other troubleshooting tips.  What can I do?  (So far, after the passage of DollarPhotoClub all I seem to be able to do is pay a monthly fee).

Looks like you are trying to open an Illustrator (.ai) file. If so you need Adobe Illustrator to open it.

You can access your license file and redownload it anytime by going to the history of your licenses.

I downloaded my 10 free images and they all have the Adobe watermark on them, so I can't use them. Why have a watermark on them?
