  If you want to use another existing composition in your current model, select the other computer in the project window and drag it in the current model.  To open this model, double click it (assuming that you are at least on CS4).  In older versions, you must hold down the alt key and then double click or right click it and open publication.

  It is not much more left to do, really:

  1. create your custom - bitmap button class copy most of the project advanced user interface.

  I myself have sought a solution to this problem and have not found one solution viable, other than having to click Date & time whenever you want to place a stamp in your notes.

  If you open the page in different tabs, then you use "bookmark all tabs" in the context menu of the tab bar.

  You can middle-click on a link to open the link in a new tab or hold down the CTRL key and click to the left.
  
  ALT + Enter opens links through the address bar in a new tab.

  Do you mean "podcasts" or do you mean "episodes"? A podcast is, indeed, the 'wrapper' for the episodes and has its own page in the iTunes Store, in which episodes show. The Store and iTunes work stream, which contains the information in a specific format. All what you need to do is add an episode to the food and the re - publish: subscribers in iTunes will see the new episode almost immediately and the store will be updated in 1 or 2 days.
