  I was really looking forward to being able to have multiple accounts on a PC of WIn8/Surface, so that (unlike my iPad) I can give children access to their own regions, applications and settings and family safety settings allow to control their experience.

  Sandeep posted response is absolutely INCORRECT. You don't have to download the application for each account, but you don't need to pay twice for the same application.

  You buy the application in your own account on the PC/Surface. That the application can be installed on another 4 machines. Alternatively, you can install this application for all users on those 5 computers. The pain is that you must install the application for each user that you want to use this application. You need not buy the app. Here's how to do it.

  Once you bought the app in on behalf of parents, connect you on your child counts (mine are all Setup with their own accounts MS Live) go in the store on that account and using the charm of settings Select to connect to the store as a different user. Choose to log under the parent account you bought the app with and in the store, select my Apps. You will see all the apps that you have purchased on the account of your parents and you can install it on the account of childs. When you are finished, you can restore the Bank to the account of childs. Repeat this procedure for each account on this PC you want to install the application for.

  I hope that all the senses as I am not in front of my PC Win8 right now.

  There are a few confused points in your description, for example, a value of event of change runs only when the value changes, so it will run only will-> and > turned off and will not continuously fire as you describe. And stop and to rerun the VI should not make a difference.

  If you want the button to go true for a moment and return false automatically once it has been read by the code, use an action latch button. If you want the button turn on or off each time you press on it, but always only trigger the beep when the status changes from false to true, all you need is a feedback node and one "implies".
