  We are sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to crash when you open it. Please perform the following steps to give us an ID of crash report which helps us to learn more about the cause of the accident.

  1. To get a window run the following shortcut: [Windows] + [R]. This should bring up a window that contains a text field.
  2. In this text field, enter %APPDATA%\microsoft\windows\sendto and press ENTER. Should open an Explorer window.
  3. From the Solution Explorer window, double-click on the Mozilla folder, then double-click on Firefox , then Crash reports. Double-click subject.
  4. Now you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to view > rearrange icons by > change to get the latest files at the top of the window.
  5. Open the 5 latest files with a text editor and copy them ID.
  6. Paste each ID with bp - in the window of response on the forums.

  I can't download anything Mozilla Firefox - Finally I worked on that I need to change the settings of the firewall, and when I went in firewall, I found that all downloads of Mozilla entrants are blocked on the firewall.   If you have changed some Windows Firewall settings and you want to cancel your changes, you can restore the firewall settings to the original (default) settings.

  1. Open Windows Firewall by pressing the Windows key + X , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type firewall, and then click Windows Firewall.
  2. In the left pane, click restore defaults. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  3. In the dialog box that appears, click restore defaults. At the confirmation prompt, click Yes.

  2. do you just restore the computer to an earlier time by using the system restore feature in Windows XP?

  If you restore the computer to its factory settings, you will then get in touch with the manufacturer of the system for more support options.

  If you had just restored the computer to an earlier time using System Restore, you can undo the system restore to revert back the changes.
