  Currently, there is no way to save your new image instead of the original image. For now, you need to manually delete the original. It is however a great request! Please share with the team by typing "give us feedback" in the app menu (tap on the app icon in the upper left corner of the screen while inside the app).

  So you're saying always user will bring added value to the existing value. Because it will fail in a case. Let's say that
  Database value is = ABCD
  The user opens the form and he took the D and write E and now value is ABCE and length is always the same 4. There is therefore no need to add.

  In any case, you can know that the value of database at run time, there is a property for the element called DATABASE_VALUE. She gives the value that is in the database while you run the form before save. and you can use it like that...

• ADF: How to manage the value zero when downloading the csv file

  Dear all,

  I'm new in the ADF and use 12.2.1. I am downloading of data in the database using af table: inputfile and CSVParser class. Data download correctly in the database where all columns are met, but whenever the csv file has value null (empty) in his column, then CSVParser class does not recognize it and get the next value of columns and assign the previous column. I also tried another one that uses a different class to download date but not get success.

  For Ex:

  ID name Dept

  1 abc Dept1

  2 cde Dept2

  3 Dept3

  In example above two first line are perfectly inserted in the table while the third line Id goes to ID column, due to the value of the column name is null class CSVParser does not recognize it and put Dept3 in the name column.

  Please help how to handle this.

  You must not pass something to this method, this method is called before each Phase except view restoration
  Just write logic as Frank suggested to the phase in which you want the code to run. You can get the PhaseId analogues

  From Oracle JDeveloper 11.1.1.3, instance of af: popup can be opened by using a Java method on the RichPopup object. There is no more need of javascript and the extendedRenderkitService.

  To launch a popup to a managed bean, you must first get an instance of rich popup, what you can do by making reference to a binding of JSF component.

  To open the context menu call you

  RichPopup.PopupHints ph = new RichPopup.PopupHints();
  popup.show(ph);
  

  Popup indicators can be used to set the alignment, the component that the popup is open next door and the alignment type.

  To close a popup, simply call

  popup.show(hide);

  It depends on which version of Actionscript you are using.  Since there is time involved, and you need to know when the images are responsible for the control of the synchronization, in AS2, you must use the MovieClipLoader class (with a listener for the completion of the load) and in AS3, you use the Loader class (with a listener for the completion of the load).

  For AS2, there is an example in section MovieClipLoader.addListener who watch most part of what you need to load and detect the loading is completed.

  For AS3 you should try Googling using terms like... "Tutorial AS3 Loader COMPLETE."

  And I don't really want to make a button "submit" and create a process that says:
  P1_PERMIT_NUMBER: = $v ('P1_PERMIT_NUMBER'), because that would complicate the page too - I already have other branches and the process on the pages which conditions have to be modified so that they do not work in this scenario.
