How to cancel the annual subscription?
Please cancel my subscription, there is no way to do it myself on my account despite several instructions given here. My creative cloud is not working properly and I can't use it due to many technical problems.

I don't know if I'm right on this forum, but this is where I was forwarded by the instructions to cancel the subscription.
On my adobe account page, I go to my purchased products and subscriptions where I can manage the subscription to Extension Builder. There is a link to cancel the subscription. This link leads to the support page where I found a manual for the cancellation of the subscription. This manual says I need to contact adobe support, but there is no way to contact adobe support. Instead I will be forwarded to some forums. That's why I'm asking here.
Does anyone have a tip for me how do?

Rather than choose the question ' membership, account, payment ' where I was expecting to cancel the subscription, I selected the question "Adobe ID and signature in. After clicking the button still needing help, there was a discussion available online, where I could leave cancel the subscription.

Please let me know how to get the RoboHelp 2015 annual subscription plan (I live and work in Taiwan).
I tried to sign up for this plan on adobe.com, but it kept popping up a message as shown below.
I saw the Adobe price plan (http://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/products/robohelp/robohelp_2015/images/rh-p ricing.jpg; available in USD, EUR, AUD, and YEN price. So, I think that the subscription should be available for global users. So, please help me complete the subscription process. (I use a credit card issued here in Taiwan.) Thank you.
