  There is no way simple and direct way to change the font color of desktop in Windows 7.  From what I see, Windows will judge the background color and the font color of black if the background is bright, but you have to log market again to see this change - at least sometimes.

  There is a downloadable freeware tool called TransText which allows editing directly.  Note: I have not personally used this tool.  And there is a secondary problem with the evolution of a light dark police using a tool like this, and that is that you have to disable the 'shadow' effect in the performance Options dialog box.   You used only the percentages of process Magenta constantly in the color of your diplomas. So, for example, the grad in the object the leftmost, has five stages of color, each being a color different from the process.   You don't say what version of Illustrator that you use. Assuming that CS3 or newer, you can:

  1. Add a new shade for 219.

  2 Select all.

  3 edit > adjust colors > Recolor art.

  4 popup colors: 1.

  5 double-click on the icon of color under the new column.

  6. in the color picker that results, click on the color chart.

  7. in the resulting list of swatches, click the sample of 219.

  8. click OK and close the live color dialog box.

  The color is always in the Properties window.  On the left side, the property was split into HTML and CSS.  CSS controls the color, alignment, style, etc., while the HTML controls bind attributes and other actions like that.

  Also, be careful with the CSS classes.  If other elements on the page using the same CSS class it will change the color of these elements as well.

  Unfortunately, because of all the differences in browsers and web design rendering is not as print layout where you can drag-and - drop and just wait until it is.  But like InDesign, you can define the classes (styles in InDesign) to reuse the styles on a page if you need to use more than once which makes it extensible simpler designs while before you need to reselect the same styles of colors/now you can simply assign the class to this piece of code and you're good to go.

  There is no way to change the police just in sticky notes.

  You can, however, type something into Word (or other word processor) with a desired font, and then cut and paste in the Notepad and it will use this font in this note.

  The key is simple:

  • Create an adjustment layer.
  • Draw a mask on the adjustment layer.
  • Apply the effect of the correction of the colors for the adjustment layer.

  The devil is in the details. For example, if you need animate the mask, you'll have to do some Rotoscoping.
