  Make sure any DVD/CD or USB keys are not connected or set F assignments or beyond (MY DVD is S & T).

  Shut down the computer; power off. Disconnect the old drive (now D). Connect the new drive (now a copy of the old D). Power and boot to the desktop. Go into disk management and make sure the drive that contains Windows, the original C drive is always c. assign the new drive as D. Reboot the desktop. Check operation.

  Shut down the computer; power off. Plug the old drive. Restart the desktop computer. Enter Disk Management and assign it to E.

  Restart, then check the operation.

  Uncheck resampling in the dialog resize. Frankly, if you post on the web, all that really matter is the pixel dimensions. The 72 dpi is really meaningless. A lot of post of places they need to 72 dpi, just to try to do that people don't give big files, but you submit something within the propler pixel size, it can be any dpi.

  This isn't how it will show printed, it will show even better than that. Try to go file-> the Adobe PDF presets-> [high quality printable]

  This should give you a better idea of the print quality (although sometimes pdf viewers display things a funny little too XD)

  PNG is good if you make a raster image that needs a transparent background. But yes, you can copy and paste vectors directly in Illustrator in InDesign and InDesign it will retain as a vector including being able to change it. Tool pen InDesign and selection tools are substantially the same as Illustrator.

  As always with Photoshop, there are several ways to achieve this.

  One method would be to select the woodwork in the Panel (see below) and to promote this selection into a new layer Ctrl (or cmd on a Mac) + J

  Then select the layer effects (by clicking on the button fx at the bottom of the layers panel.

  Then select color overlay

  Choose the color that you want to

  Then play with the blend mode (you will probably find that multiply or color will work better - but have a play).

  To select the woodwork, you can use a number of methods, including the following:

  Use the pen tool and then convert the path to a selection

  Go to the menu select, then select color range

  Use the quick selection

  There are other ways (do a search to make selections in Google)

  Another method would be to create an empty layer above the layer that has the Panel and then (on this layer) with the paint brush tool on the Panel with the color you want. If you multiply or the selected color in the blend mode, you can keep all the texture of the original image.

  As I said there are probably at least another 99 ways to do it - the above is only a few suggestions.

  I suggest that you have a good game and see what happens.

  As a plugin developer I'm very used to this, there no way to make Acrobat plug-ins to recharge. I doubt there is a way to make Acrobat reset JavaScript either.

  If you work in a Local Site folder defined in DW, you can create folders and move files to these folders in the files of DW (F8) Panel.  Intuitively, DW will ask you if you want to update the links.  Press YES.

  If you did all of this outside the DW or you do not have a Site defined, you're stuck with bad links.  You will need to search and replace (Ctrl + F) to set up your paths to link there where they should be.

  Most of the programs will allow you to do a custom Setup and change the location of the Program Files folder. Just be careful during installation. We'll always some files on the system (usually c :)) drive. For programs that are already installed in C: to D:, to add or remove programs, uninstall them and reinstall them. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
