How to change the IP of VM parameters or nic via API?

The current VI SDK has no API to change the IP of VM addresses. VMware tools provide API or utility to get out?

Thank you

The VI SDK does not provide a way, but there's another API called VIX VMware that allows a management more detailed comments and you're going to be automate various tasks within the Guest if they have their running VMware Tools.

To change the IP to VIX, check out this great blog post by Cody Bunch: http://professionalvmware.com/2008/12/12/vmware-vix-changing-ips-of-a-guest-vm/ to do this, you want to make sure that you use VIX 1.6.2 which requires VM (s) is running ESX 3.5u3 +.

    See

    Also note that the amount of energy save you during this short period

    Please don t mix the portable computers internal monitor with external PC monitor.
    You won't find any control unit and on the external monitor that would help you to change the color.

    I put t know what your laptop smart chart uses but my laptop supports Intel graphics card and pre-installed (in Control Panel) Intel Graphics Media Accelerator provides a few color correction settings.
    The parameters are; color, gamma, brightness and contrast

    I do not know if I understand, but you are looking for how to change the keyboard from US to UK in Windows? If this is the case, go into the control panel and the locale. There, you should be able to add any other keyboard layouts or remove them as well as set a default value. Under regional settings, there are other parameters that you can change if you are in the United Kingdom.

  • How to change the width and height of the title?

    Program: First Pro CC

    Recently I create da title for my video. I noticed that when I had looked at the preview of the title and the video, the title is so blurry. My settings at first:

    SAve.PNG

    How am I able to change the width and height parameters (to make the title more high definition) , without having to create another title in replacement from that Fuzzy? I don't ask if I have to create another title and insert it in the video, and then having to erase those blurry I had to replace. How are you able to change settings of the original title, without having to make a new title? Should I go to the 'Properties' tab when there is nothing at all (as in there is no option to change the w + h title quality) to change the current settings of the title?

  • How to change the angle of a gradient layer without changing anything else?

    How to change the angle of a gradient layer without changing anything else?

    When I try it myself my gradient everything turns black.

    To add to the above, you can just set the angle. If you want to use other existing parameters, you need to get from the layer. The code in this other thread shows a way to get them.

    But if you do not have the values for any other reason, you can get the handle to the layer, make a duplicate of it with all the settings and just crush those you want to change.

    It is a way to just change the angle while keeping the other existing settings.

  • How to change the location of storage in Lightroom 3.6. ?

    How to change the location of storage in Lightroom 3.6. ?

    I use my internal hard drive NTFS of my MacBook Pro as my Lightroom 3.6 storage location. run installation of Snow Leopard now but my photos too big get data now. I have two big and fast disks external eSATA hard now I want to use for my data/photos. I know how to copy data from one hard drive to another, but I don't know how to easily change the parameters in connection with Lightroom. I always want to look at all the pictures on my MacBook Pro, but do not want to save the photos on my internal hard drive more. Is it not possible to have the Lightroom program on my internal hard drive but data on twice on two discs hard different extermal? If I look at Lightroom - the catalog settings - I see that the location of the internal hard drive is my storage location now, but I have my two external hard drives do not appear as folders. Why? How do I change this so that external hard drives appear in Lightroom and I can watch all my fotos immediately (sometimes using external hard drive 1 and sometimes using external hard drive 2)?

    My external hard drives are in HFS +, but I use Paragon Software so that there should not be no problem to read and write data (I also use Final Cut Express to my drives external hard are HFS + and not NTFS).

    I want impert lots of data from a CD - do I need to first copy the fotos on my external hard drive, and then import it into Lightroom or is it easier to import data directly from the CD in Lightroom so that I don't have to name the files twice?

    I see that I must sort the fotos of the CDs in different folders and an opportunity to do it in the Finder to my MacBookPro. In Lightroom I don't want to have to click on each of the hundreds of photos to be able to put it in the right folders... But how import only a part of a CD quickly in the right folders (newly created)?

    Best regards, Karin

    The instructions do not all "creating a second folder.

    The instructions are: "In the import dialog box, select Add, and then on the left in the Source Panel, select the appropriate folder."

  • How to change the SGA and PGA in 10g r2 RAC

    Hello

    How to change the SGA and PGA in 10g r2 RAC, its Linux.

    Hello

    Here's the way I followed to change the SGA and PGA in CARS.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Action plan to change the parameter memory in the environment(5/21/2010) of production

    Note:
    =====
    Practice must be done in the DEV/TST environment before going to Production.
    Although the procedure can be applied in the testing environment the evolution of values
    used in the test environment should be amended since number of RAM are not the
    even between the production and test servers.

    1 changes to these two parameters in one of
    the prod instance, e.g. PROD1
    ====================================================
    Connect as sysdba on sqlplus
    --------------------------

    Change:

    ALTER system set sga_target = 28G scope = spfile sid ='* ';

    Change:

    ALTER system set pga_aggregate_target = 4G scope = spfile sid ='* ';

    SQL > alter system set pga_aggregate_target = 4G scope = both;
    SQL > show parameter pga_aggregate_target;
    -should see the number altered on both instances

    Change:

    SQL > alter system set sga_max_size = 28G scope = spfile sid ='* ';

    SQL > alter system set sga_max_size = 28G scope = spfile;

    SQL > alter system set sga_target = 28G scope = spfile;

    3 stop PROD database (two instances must stop)

    $> srvctl stop database d PROD
    $>. / $ ORA_CRS_HOME/bin/crs_stat - to check the status of the database

    4. establish the PROD database (two Forum should be high)

    $> srvctl START database-d PROD
    $>. / $ ORA_CRS_HOME/bin/crs_stat - to check the status of the database

    connection in both cases as sysdba to check
    --------------------------------------------

    SQL > show parameter pga_aggregate_target

    SQL > show parameter sga_max_size
    -should see the number of change always there in both cases
    -According to step 1

    -After confirmation above two parameters are changed on both instances.
    -then make the syntax below in a case

    (5) check that everything is ok
