  More scanned documents cannot be changed, unless you have a software that can read digital information. The scanned document is just a picture of the item that you have scanned. You must have a software like OCR (optical character recognition) to be able to make changes to the digitized item.

  Thanks for the quick response. There are several sections in the document as the required signature and I signed electronically these sections. So I'll assume that since I already signed the document, I can't apply alterations to his text entered correct?

  In my view, there is no option copy and paste in Firefox OS prior to version 2.0. So if you are using an earlier version you can not copy and paste text.

  Of course, it's easy! Just hold the touch for a few seconds until you see a finger of yor box surround. When you release the button, it will give you the context menu.

  I didn't know the difference between these two methods - my google search for 'extension' led me directly to the old tutorial mentioned...

  And, Yes, I had to search long enough to find the 'object' extension on the fly on the menu...

  Now, I adapted the code referred to in the dreamweaver_cs5_extending.pdf for the creation of such an extension of command - and, wow, it works... with 'copy' the text selected in the extension form.

  Here's a line of code that copies the text from the text field to the other. You can use it in the mouse event to the top of a button and add as many lines as required:

  Break the problem into small steps:

  Step 1. All separators (periods and asterisks) convert the asterisks.

  Formula in B2 (fill down)

  = SUBSTITUTE(A2,".","*")

  Step 2. Find the position of an asterisk in each cell.

  Formula in C2 (fill down)

  = FIND("*",B2)

  Step 3. Extract everything to the right of the asterisk.

  Formula in D2 (fill down)

  = RIGHT (B2, LEN (B2) −C2)

  Step 4. Convert the text to numbers re using the VALUE function.

  VALUE = (D2)

  This table has a header row and footer of the line, so the SUM in E9 apply to all cells in the body.

  In my script, I need to go to a table on the current InDesign page and access the info inside by simply copying the text of the entire table. I know that there must be sort of extremely easy to do, but how? The cells in the table all use the same paragraph style, and the table is in the block of text has a label. I find the paragraph style, then somehow, refer to its parent company or something?

  Little tricky for me seems to say my script to find table on the page and selecting, because as soon as I can do, I guess I can just change the table to access all the data of the text.
