How to create a disk to reboot

I need to create a disk to reboot, how do I do this?

Hi Ian,

What do you mean by ' reboot disc? I think "Repair disk" for the windows operating system, but I don't know if I'm on the right track. If I am, then click the Start button, followed by all programs. Scroll to the maintenance option and click on it. The menu will grow and you should see an option called "create a system repair disc". Click it to start the process. Do not forget to insert a blank disc into your CD/DVD drive, and then click the option 'create disc '.

If this is not what you are looking for then please provide more information, and we can try and help you.

    Hello
You might not be able to save the original backup, but make a backup of the current system option is possible. Just save to the USB key. And it takes about 15 to 30 GB for it.

    Hello

I was wondering how to create a new floppyimage in a data store using the viperltoolkit as if it was possible in the dialog box editing a virtual machine (see the screenshot).

    1. create the *.flp file in the specified storage (but how?)

2 use this file as a support for the floppy device (I'm able to do this )

  • How to create a disk Image in Windows 8

I want to do something real Basic.  I think I know how, but the confirmation of the need.  I want a disk Image full of my hard drives so that if my hard next week C drive crashes I can quickly return to normal (normal, the way which was when I made the image).  I do not view the files in the Image or anything else.  I just want to avoid the week it would completely re - install everything.  With regard to data (not the files system etc, but my personal data), I have another solution for this.  I think that the option of recovering files in Windows 7 in Windows 8 will do what I want in what concerns the creation of an image, but I want to be sure.  I think everything I do is as follows:
In Windows 7 File Recovery select "create a System Image" and the backup on external media.  I think I also need to create a System Image repair disc.  Once this is done, if my C disk fails tomorrow I think that all I have to do, is as follows:
Put the recovery disk in my hard drive.  Start the computer to the reader and follow the instructions to copy the stuff on my external hard drive through my C drive.
Is the above, real or not?

You guessed it... The system image is an image of the reserved system & windows partitions.

With any Microsoft windows 8 install or update of the same bits of DVD or the same bits win8 system repair disc, put on cd, dvd or USB stick bootable... you can use it to boot from and there are simply in your sysem image and any hard drive of equal or greater size.    Will probably work.  Can never say for sure 100%.    its good to have a 2nd source of images and program to run it.  EaseUS ToDo Macrium or something.    Reads the command RecImg & what he does.

If the motherboard of machines is not initially set to UEFI Bios, it is not possible to use it.

In order to win 8 use UEFI, capacity must be built into the machine.

    > 1. How to create a DVD repair or start for windows 8.1 pro with UEFI Bios and boot secured.
To be able to boot from sources other than the drive HARD internal, the boot mode must be set to the CSM and secure boot must be disabled!

    > 2. I created a USB recovery using the control panel in Windows Pro 8.1. It starts OK. It will be the same as that I've created using the Toshiba Media recovery creator or will it drivers Windows Pro 8.1?

Your laptop has been preloaded with Win 8. Right? For example, the USB flash stick memory you just use the Toshiba Recovery media creator contains the Image of Toshiba with Windows 8. Don t mix this Toshiba image with the image that can be created using Microsoft's own backup and restore function. Both are different pictures!

    > 3. Check it with disk management, then 3 (450MO, 350 MB and GB 10.90) recovery partitions, 1 EFI system partition and 2 partitions primary (C: programs) and D: for data. I created the recovery DVD and USB 2 disks. Can I remove the 3 recovery partitions?

The last partition contains the files on HARD drive recovery. Usually this partition will be created again when you use the Toshiba Recovery disk to put the laptop back to factory settings. So in the case where you n t need this files or the partition, you can delete

You can create the recovery only DVD disc if your laptop computer has preinstalled Toshiba recovery disc creator and factory settings.

Please check if you can find this tool under start > all programs > Toshiba. There you should find shortcuts to launch this utility.

  • How to create a repair disk in Windows XP

    Hello

How to create a Windows XP REPAIR disc?

I have Windows XP version 5.1, Build 2600.

    Thank you very much

    Michael

What do you think needs repair?

You were not able to find something suitable in the tutorials section?

You can make a CD of XP bootable following Recovery Console:

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

This is not the same as recovery disks that may have come to a store to purchase the system.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:
