How to create a PDF from a scanner MX7600 point 8.1 Windows

I just changed to a new desktop PC running Windows 8.1. I downloaded the drivers from the Canon for Windows website 8.1, and I can't find the function to create a PDF file of the scanned document, as I could in Windows 7. How can I created a PDF file in the new driver software?

Hi alove5230,

In addition to pilots ini, you will need to download the software MP Navigator for the printer to create PDF files.  Please click here to access the drivers and software page for the PIXMA MX7600.  Once the initial download for your printer page, follow these steps:

1. check that the operating system detected in the "OPERATING SYSTEM" drop is correct and if this isn't the case, please click on the drop down menu to select your operating system.

2. then, click the red arrow next to the 'SOFTWARE' section and click on the MP NAVIGATOR. When you do, a red DOWNLOAD button will appear. Please click the box below the button DOWNLOAD, and then click DOWNLOAD to start the download. The time for the download process can vary depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the file being downloaded.

Once the file is downloaded, please double-click it to install the program on your computer.

I hope this helps!

    Hi mikes84641121935 ,

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10. It may or may not work.

Please refer to this article: Adobe Acrobat required configuration

You can launch the scanner interface by going to the start menu or the control panel.  When you first connect your printer/scanner to your computer via USB or wireless, the scanner driver to install and can scan from its native interface. You can find it in all programs in the Windows Start menu.

By ex. If you have HP Scanner, click Start and type hp scan. Also, you can go to control panel and can run the scan from there function. Hold down the Windows key and then press R on your keyboard, type of control in the run, find dialog box, and click on devices and printers > select your scanner and right-click on it. Try scanning from there and let us know if you are able to do.

In addition, you can try to repair Acrobat installation, launch Acrobat and go to the Help menu > and click on repair Installation, after repair, restart Acrobat and check if you are able to scan.

  • * do not answer * 'Create a PDF from a scanner' below...

How the hell stand out you a 'response' message when you find out you were wrong?

In any case, the problem remains... the scanner software because the printer is a - OK - I scanned just fine to a file outside of Acrobat.  But trying to create a PDF file from a plant even Acrobat.  And the situation is now worse... I can not uninstall Acrobat because I now have the error in Add/Remove Programs, "this is action is valid only for currently installed programs."  Run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup tool seems to have been a very bad idea.  (I only ran it on the Acrobat software.)

You try to run the repair now is absolutely no response from the software.

How can I fix it now...?  Crikey!

Scanning only I do (cannon) is a project to convert the boxes' no boxes of old family digital photos

As far as I know, the scanning is all via the TWAIN driver is installed (usually/always?) by the provider of scanner software

When you use Acrobat, you're at the mercy of how good or bad, the twain driver is written... Since twain driver is the 'bridge' between your computer and the material inside of the scanner

You may have a problem of a twain driver that plays well with Acrobat

What happens if you use the scanner software to scan... and then use Acrobat to convert the file saved in the PDF format?

  • How to create a PDF from InDesign?

    Hello world!

Hope that there is no thread for this topic... is said by the way. I need to create a PDF of an InDesign file.

I try to explain: with the ID, I would create a file with the text, tables, images with the text forms on them, etc... Now I have to export to PDF format and I want to turn the forms (sorry for the bad English, I'm Italian) into those to fill in PDF format. How can I do?

    Thank you all!

    Dario

Export the ID as an interactive PDF file.

Open the PDF in Acrobat XI form, then:

File > save as other > Reader Extended PDF > activate tools more (including fill & save)... Your users will be able to fill out the form and save it (assuming that they have later versions of the Acrobat Reader software).

Be sure to keep a copy of your original PDF with a different file name because once you have created a form of PDF Reader enabled you cannot change it.

  • How to create a PDF from a Web site with a java table?

The table has three drop-down lists, which all lead to different tables on the Web site. I need a PDF of a lot of tables, combined or individually. Currently, the only way it works is to convert the page in PDF format after manually changing the drop-down list. I tried to go through Acrobat and creation of Web page for a page multilevel, but who comes to the menus overlap and still doesn't give me all the pieces I wanted.

You can not convert the JS from a web page code to code that works in a PDF document

file. They are simply too different.

  • I have Acrobat 9.5 and when I try to create > pdf from a scanner, it shows an error "Adobe acrobat has stopped working". Is it possible that I can use this feature?

I have Acrobat 9.5 and when I try to create > pdf from a scanner, it shows an error "Adobe acrobat has stopped working". Is it possible that I can use this feature?

Providing you have Acrobat 9 installed in an operating system for which Acrobat 9 is compatible then you can use the feature.

So, you need a scanner connected, turned on, and the software installed. Acrobat 9 "prefer" TWAIN drivers.

Always visit the site of the provider of the Analyzer and download - install the latest version of the greatest software.

n.b., The Acrobat 9.x product family moved in the middle of the "End of Support" year 2013.

Thus, the family of products Acrobat 9.x is not compatible with contemporary operating systems.

  • How to create a PDF file with markup enabled for users of Reader?

I have a bunch of Word 2007 documents containing the specifications of the project. I would like to be able to turn them into PDF documents that others can markup using the player. Is this possible?

I tried to use the built-in PDF output module. How to create a PDF document, but it is not enabled for comments.

About half way down this page for comparison.

    http://www.Adobe.com/products/Acrobat/matrix.html

There is a line that says:

"Look at familiar material using annotation tools such as sticky

Notes, highlighting, lines, shapes, and stamps.

In the column player, there is a symbol in the player column which I assume is
supposed to be some sort of container half full or something. To the
    background, he says

"When enabled by Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Pro Extended".

This seems to indicate that Acrobat Standard cannot create documents PDF active comment, but Pro or Pro Extended can. Is this correct?

If I buy Acrobat Pro, I will be able to use it to create documents PDF active comment of my Word 2007 documents?

If so, how does this work? It converts the Word document? It allows to convert the PDF, I create using the Word add-in? I can call it from inside of Word?

    Thank you

You get this message because that say, if you had a form to fill out, you may not have form fields to fill AND allow commenting at the same time. It's one or the other.

It should invite you to reregister the file so if you are worried about ruining a certain PDF, simply save it under a different name.
