How to define a typedef'd ring of text to "adapt to the pane.

I am trying to create a program with a statusbar that displays some error messages. So what I did is, I created a small vertical crack, deleted the scroll bar and everything and inserted a ring of text, containing all the status codes. Works very well. So that the user is able to resize the program window, I checked the object "scale with glass. Still: works perfectly. Now trying to become a master of the flow of data and structured labview programmer, I do the textring a typedef. Of course I avoid making a strict typedef, so that I can re - use and re-design, too. Now what is happening, it's that when I drag the control newly created in the status bar, the 'object of scale with component' option no longer appears. Why? How can I get it back? What Miss me? Alternative: is there a better model of design on how to tackle such a scenario? Z thank you

Hello

After watching in this deep I discovered, that if you the indicator first make scalable with pane and then do a typedef, the indicator dimensionnera with component. However, if you copy the typedef, scale with beaviour pane disappears.

This is certainly not the behavior that you expect. That is why I tabled a CAR for the question who has the number 333531

If you download the new Version you need to find the number of these release notes. If it appears, the problem has been resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • How to set Photoshop size chart (a background scene) to adapt to the work of the Illustrator without changing its quality

    Dear Photoshop pros,

    I recently worked on a project that requires both photoshop and illustrator. However, here's a problem, my artboard illustrator file is 12 x 16 in because I can resize the work at any time, but photoshop graphic (background) that I created was too small to intensify, and it will fade and blur with tiles of pixel being considered. I realized that I don't know how to configure the size of the background in photoshop in order to make evolutionary or more if I intend to use it as a background in illustrator.

    You'd like to share with me how you set up the size of your work in photoshop to fit in an Illustrator file with 12 x 16 in the artboard.

    Thank you very much in advance for your kindly advice!

    If you follow my sizes PS - 12 x 12 ins at 300 PPI, (3600 x 3600 px), which should be large enough for most cases.

  • What is happening with my ring of text?

    I'm doing a ring of text with the values 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, etc... all the way up to 100,000. These values are from 1 kHz to 100 MHz. When I click on the ring of text, I see all the values in the MHz and the kHz, but when I select a value in the kHz, it attaches to 100 MHz, and when I try to get a greater than 1 MHz, he returned to 100 MHz. I don't know what is happening.

    Expected behavior.

    You have set the minimum to 1000.0000 that force. You must change it on the tab of the Properties dialog box data entry.

    hope this helps,

  • How to define an academic style of reference?

    When I put a reference style in 5.6.2 Pages (MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan 10.11.3), I gives me a choice of font size. When the font size is set, all future references set automatically to the style follow this font size. The problem is, however, that style overrides the parameter exponent of reference numbers, make the reference number and size of text in the Notes section of the page. It is unacceptable for academic writing.

    Please can someone advise me on how to define a functional style of academic reference that keeps the numbers superscript? I can replace the style and restores the Exhibitor by pressing on "ctrl + cmd + shift +" + ", but these manual effort defies the point of having a style...

    Each reference is in its own independent area at the bottom of the document with the paragraph style by default reference initially applied to his text. 11 pt Helvetica regular is in the v5.6.2, Pages. And small enough for notes.

    You can click three times in one of these cells in reference text, select this option and change the attributes of the font for the text and even a reference itself. The latter would be easier to zoom to 200%. Or, you can click on a single reference, or additional reference cells of control + click and then apply the change of police attribute to all notes. If it were a simple font size increase, the exponent, and the reference text would increase proportionally in the selected cells. No need to keyboard shortcuts.

    You can also define your own style of reference section customized to reduce boredom.

    A double click on a reference in the cell reference, followed by a command-right arrow will deposit your beam to insert directly behind this exponent of reference in the body of the document.

  • How to make a type selector ring colorbox

    Hello

    How to make a color picker, as shown in the attached photo and vi? I thought to use control of the ring, but I couldn't put a colorbox as the element inside the ring. Someone familiar with this?

    Thank you.

    PS: attached vi is for Labview 5.1.1 I want to rewrite in labview 2010.

    It's a picture ring control.  It seems that the programmer has used a rectangular flat decoration, says color, copied in the ring of photo control.

    I upgraded the VI LabVIEW 2010 for you.

  • How to get to an event raised to a ring of text re-selecting value curretly selected?

    Hello. I have a ring of text I need to get a triggered event when any text (value) is selected. Now I have a value change event and it works well when choosing a form of different value, current, but what I need is the same event triggered even though I select the same text (value) that has been previously selected. I can't use the mouse resting on the same command, event because it fires the event before any text (value) is selected.

    If I create a property node (raise the event of Val (Sgnl)) I can "at a distance", and in this case the value change event for the ring of text will trigger even if I write the same value for the property node (Val (Sgnl)) several times. It's actually the behavior that I would have by clicking on one of the values of the ring of text with the mouse.

    Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    Just have a look: it's a very simple way to do what you need to...

  • Writing EXIF data (and how to define the side of the photo)

    Anyone had luck writing EXIF data in photos? Reading EXIF data are fairly easy, as demonstrated by "photobomber. Writing EXIF data seems to be more painful, however.

    In particular, I'm trying the face value of the photo.  I found mention on the web page of its existence in EXIF, with the code:

    0 x 4746

    That said, when I check the exif - tag.h, apparently not be listed.

    It is clear to me that this is a deal breaker or not.  The tags are listed in the exif - tag.h the only ones that can be used? Or are they simply definitions of convenience tag codes most commonly used?

    Thank you

    Daniel

    Incase others are reading this in the future and ask yourself how: my conclusion is that the best way to define metadata such as:

    -Photo rating

    -Tags

    -Description

    ... does NOT use EXIF.  On the contrary, it seems that XMP is a much better choice:

    http://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/Extensible_Metadata_Platform

    Ideally, BB10 comes with the XMP library, and it can be easily added to your project. (right-click on the project node in "Project Explorer", go to the context menu item 'Configure', then 'add the library')

    Here's the code I added bo my main.cpp:

    //-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    // XMP
    //-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    // Must be defined to instantiate template classes
    #define TXMP_STRING_TYPE std::string

    // Must be defined to give access to XMPFiles
    #define XMP_INCLUDE_XMPFILES 1

    #define UNIX_ENV 1

    #include "xmp/XMP.incl_cpp"
    #include "xmp/XMP.hpp"

    #include
    #include

    using namespace std;

    //-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ... and here's what I added to the .h file that I wanted to use XMP in: (it does not include the XMP.incl_cpp at the top of the notice)

    //-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    // XMP
    //-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    #define TXMP_STRING_TYPE std::string
    #define XMP_INCLUDE_XMPFILES 1
    #define UNIX_ENV 1

    #include "xmp/XMP.hpp"

    #include
    #include

    using namespace std;

    //-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    And finally, here's a big copy and paste part of the key code that I adapted to the code example in the XMP SDK I downloaded separately for read/write some common tags.  Feel free to use this code in your own applications, or to adapt it, if that's helpful.

    Note that the code above makes use of some class member variables:

        int rating;
        QList tags;
        QString description;
        QDateTime timestamp;

    One final note: there is a code that deals with the MicrosoftPhoto:Rating XMP tag. It's because I'm on Windows and I noticed that if you click on a photo in Windows Explorer, it allows you to display/change some meta (such as star ratings) data directly in Explorer. When you do so, it sets the MicrosoftPhoto:Rating tag (as well as the tag xmp:Rating, I believe). Once, he put that, if your application updates the xmp:Rating tag but don't update the MicrosoftPhoto:Rating tag and the file returns on Windows, then he continues to use the old notation before your update app. (he seems to ignore xmp:Rating if MicrosoftPhoto:Rating is present)

  • How to define me as offline on MSN Messenger and Facebook Messenger?

    I could put myself as it appears offline in MSN Messenger.

    When I login in the Surface with my windows live id I am automatically connected to the MSN Messenger service.   That's fine most of the time, but I want to be able keep connected to windows live using my windows live id but appear offline for my friends in MSN Messenger.

    How to define me as offline on MSN Messenger and Facebook Messenger?

    While in the messaging application, sweep up slightly to the bottom of the screen, this brings up a bar downstairs with three choices. Select the State, choose Invisible. That should make you appear offline. I hope that works, please let us know if it does.

  • How to define the rules of navigation in faces - config.xml dynamically?

    In jdev 12.1.2 I am studying and performing the adf faces demo (12.1.2 version).

    I am trying to implement the function of navigation like this:

    1. in the navigation tree in the left panel of the accordion will show the features of an application which is read from database tables;

    2. When you click on a node in the navigation tree, a corresponding function/page will be launched in the Panel to the right of the home page;

    3. the navigation tree nodes display names and information pages target will be resident in the database tables and will be read in my case, the control of data bindings.

    and now I know, the click action was executed in this file in the demo: componentGallerySideBarTree.jsff:

    ->action = "#{stamp.actionOutcome}"

    < af:tree id = "tree" value = "#{attrs.menuModel}" var = "stamp" = "single" rowSelection fetchSize = "200" "

    Summary = "#{uploading." Summary}"disclosedRowKeys =" #{attrs.menuModel.foldersTreeState} "autoHeightRows = '0'"

    displayRow selectedRowKeys = "#{attrs.menuModel.selectionState}" = "selected" "

    contentDelivery = 'immediate' emptyText = "there are no demos for this category.

    styleClass = "AFStretchWidth" >

    < f: facet name = "nodeStamp" >

    < af:panelGroupLayout id = "nodePgl" >

    < af:image source = "#{stamp.ico}" styleClass = "GalleryIcon" shortDesc = "Image of a tree node" "

    ID = "nodeImg" / >

    < af:switcher facetName = "#{stamp.children == null?' leaves ': 'notLeaf'}" id = "nodeSw" > "

    < f: facet = "journal batch name" >

    < af:link id = text = "#{stamp.label"leafLink"} '"

    shortDesc = "#{stamp.label} #{stamp.deprecated eq 'real'?" (not recommended) " :"} »

    action = "#{stamp.actionOutcome}"

    inlineStyle = "#{stamp.deprecated eq 'true'?-style: italic; color: gray':"} ' "

    selected = "true" >

    < af:target execute="@this"/ >

    < / af:link >

    < / f: facet >

    < f: facet name = "notLeaf" >

    < af:outputText id = value = "#{stamp.label"notLeafText"} ' shortDesc =" #{stamp.label} "/ >"

    < / f: facet >

    < / af:switcher >

    < / af:panelGroupLayout >

    < / f: facet >

    < / af:tree >

    and the value of actionOutcome was entered in this file DemoConfusedComponentsMenuModel.java:

    (for the case of the confused component navagation tree folder)

    private TreeModel _initConfusedComponents()

    {

    Confused components

    The list < DemoItemNode > confusedComponentsNodes = new ArrayList < DemoItemNode >)

    {

    {

    ..

    Add (new DemoItemNode ("Tabs", "/ confusedComponents/tabs.jspx","/adfdt/panelTabbed.png","confused.tabs"));

    Add (new DemoItemNode ("iterators","/ confusedComponents/iterators.jspx","/adfdt/iterator.png","confused.iterators" ""));

    }

    };

    DemoItemNode confusedComponentsGroup = new DemoItemNode ("Often confused", "/ images/folder.png", confusedComponentsNodes);

    List ConfusedComponentsList = new ArrayList();
    confusedComponentsList.add (confusedComponentsGroup);

    TreeModel confusedComponents = new ChildPropertyTreeModel (confusedComponentsList, _CHILDREN);
    Return confusedComponents;
    }

    In addition, there are elements in faces-config .xml to define the rules of navigation for the actions 'by clicking on the tree node.

    <>navigation-case

    < from outcome >confused.iterators< / de-results >

    < to view - id > /confusedComponents/iterators.jspx< / to-view-id >

    <!-< redirect / >->

    < / navigation-case >

    So, I can add a new entry in the navigation tree, like this:

    1. in DemoConfusedComponentsMenuModel.javaof the file: Add

    Add (new DemoItemNode ("Iterators", "/confusedComponents/cms.jspx","/ adfdt/iterator.png","confused.cms" ""));

    2. in the file faces - config.xml, add:

    <>navigation-case

    < from outcome >confused.cms< / de-results >

    < to view - id > /confusedComponents/cms.jspx< / to-view-id >

    <!-< redirect / >->

    < / navigation-case >

    and it works!- I have successfully added a new node in the navigation tree, called a new page created by myself cms.jspx.

    If I implement them using database tables (links datacontrols EO/VO),.

    I think I can put action = "#{stamp.actionOutcome}" by links.

    But how can I pay the entry in the faces-config file. XML? -That is to say:

    How to define the rules of navigation in faces - config.xml dynamically?

    Thanks in advance!

    ADF 12 c comes with support for JSF 2.0, you can use the implicit navigation feature.

    In short: you don't need to add case action property, any set of navigation in the name of the page (and include the path if necessary).

    In your case, the name of the action will be: ' / confusedComponents/cms.jspx ' and of course, you can link the action property of method that returns this string.

    If you want to add by the case of navigation program, try ConfigurableNavigationHandler.

    For example:

    Manager of ConfigurableNavigationHandler = (ConfigurableNavigationHandler) FacesContext.getCurrentInstance () .getApplication () .getNavigationHandler ();

    handler.getNavigationCases () .put (...);

  • How to define JDBC Data Sources in Oracle MapViewer for Oracle database 12 c Release 1 (12.1.0.1)

    How to define JDBC Data Sources in Oracle MapViewer for Oracle database Release 1 (12.1.0.1) 12 c?

    Here is my setup in the conf\mapViewerConfig.xml:

    < name map_data_source = "mvdemo12".

    jdbc_host = "127.0.0.1".

    jdbc_sid = "orcl12c1".

    jdbc_port = '1522 '.

    jdbc_user = "mvdemo".

    jdbc_password = "7OVl2rJ + hOYxG5T3vKJQb + hW4NPgy9EN.

    jdbc_mode = 'thin '.

    number_of_mappers = '3 '.

    allow_jdbc_theme_based_foi = 'true '.

    Editable = "true" / >

    <!--  ****  -->

    But it does not work.

    After use "sqlplus mvdemo / [email protected]:1522 / pdborcl", it connected to the Oracle 12 c database.

    Anyone know it?

    Thank you

    11.1.1.7.1 use the jdbc_sid syntax, i.e.

    as described in the README file, mypdb1.foo.com

    -Sources of native data (no container) MapViewer can now use the service name of database instead of SID. To provide a db service name, you will use the same attribute of jdbc_sid, but specify the name of the service with double slashes in front, as follows:

    jdbc_host = "foo.com"

    jdbc_sid="//mypdb1.foo.com".

    jdbc_port = '1522 '.

    ... ...

    />

    Use a container_ds to the 11.1.1.7.0.

    that is, instead of using

    jdbc_host = "mydbinstance".

    jdbc_sid = "pdborcl12c".

    jdbc_port = '1522 '.

    jdbc_user = "mytestuser".

    jdbc_password = "m2E7T48U3LfRjKwR0YFETQcjNb4gCMLG8/X0KWjO00Q ="

    jdbc_mode = 'thin '.

    number_of_mappers = "6".

    allow_jdbc_theme_based_foi = "false".

    Editable = "false".

    />

    use

    container_ds = "jdbc/db12c.

    number_of_mappers = "6".

    allow_jdbc_theme_based_foi = "false".

    Editable = "false".

    />

    In my case the Glassfish 3.1.2.2 JDBC connection pool definition has been

    Property

    URL jdbc:oracle:thin:@mydbinstance:1522/pdborcl12c.rest_of.service.name

    Uncheck the wrap JDBC objects in advanced Panel, that is, the page properties change JDBC connection advanced pool.

    Add a resource to that newly created JDBC pool

    Use in mapviewerconfig.xml as above
