How to deploy applications?

Hello gentlemen,

I'm about to finish my app. 'S done it in AS3 & a bit of Flex. I read somewhere that BlackBerry App World only accepts apps .bar (format Playbook), but I have no idea on how to create (or convert) my .swf asks in this format. How did you do that? I use FB Burrito.

Thanks a lot, I'm sure this post will help other devs to prepare their app.

Have you tried to search the forum?

Here is one solution:

    Hello

    java is fast to deploy the application on the device.

    You can find the javaloader in the bin folder of RIM.

    (1) generate the .cod file

    (2) copy and paste the .cod file in the folder where the javaloader is present. (usually, it is in the RIM/bin)

    (3) open your command prompt and navigate to the path javaloader and type

    load Javaloader u MyApp.cod

    Make sure that the device is connected via USB.

  • How to deploy permanently my application for personal use?

    So I developed an application. It's good enough for my own personal use, and I want to use it all the time. Problem is the debugging token is annoying and I need to renew it every month. How to deploy the application on my device at all times without the need for debugging token?

    I do not put on BlackBerry World, at least not in its current state.

    After you export a release build, signed BAR files can be downloaded directly to a device:

    BlackBerry-deploy - installApp 192.168.0.1 Filename.bar - launchApp-password devicePassword

    This IP 192.168.0.1. Signed bar file expire.

  • How to deploy an application exploded in WL?

    Hi Ppl,

    Any idea on how to deploy the application in version exploded in WL?

    Thank you

    Srivi

    A directory of the exploded archive contains the same files and directories in the form of archive. However, files and directories are directly in your file system and are not compressed into a file archive single

    The prosess of fragmented application deployment is the same as packaged Application

    Open the console. Go to-> press Install deployments-> find the path to the extracted files of war, you should see label (open directory)-> press Next - Next - finish. You are done, it is deployed.

  • How to deploy a BPM Application with ADF Model project in the application

    Hello

    I have request of BPM. I created a model object ADF inside the same application to interact and to data-controls the View object in the auto-generated human task. However, when I deploy I do not know how to deploy the created model project.

    Please suggest how can I deploy the model project. I use Jdeveloper to deploy the application directly.

    Thanks-Durga

    Hey Durga,

    It is deployed with the project view controller that you have created the human task.  You don't have to deploy it separately.

    Right click the mouse, your view controller project-> click-> Properties, click dependencies.  Note that the view controller has a dependency in the model project.

    "Network adapter could not establish the connection.

    do you have create db connection and test?

    There is another way for the deployment.

    create the field of prod, you may need to extend your domain name to include libraries of the adf.
    Start the server administrator
    Goto, wl (http://:console) console create datasource
    Select the tunnel server protocol tab
    Create a connection to the server App (Application Server Browser View menu) in jdev
    Right-click on your App. GoTo Deploy - name of the application - to - new connection
    Run the jspx in the browser (http://:appname-ViewController-context-root/faces/jsfpagename.jspx)

    So my question is how to deploy a rulebase.zip a determination server that runs on Oracle Weblogic Server 11g?

    Thank you
    Brian

    Normally, an application server will expand the war for the web application file works from the expanded location. When this is the case, you can deploy a new one simply by copying the module zip file in the directory WEB-INF/classes/rulebases .

    However, Weblogic is not extend the web application, there is no directory to copy the file zip of modules on.

    It is possible to run the determinations under weblogic server so that you can deploy a new modules without restarting the server of determinations. There are two technqiues to achieve this.

    1. you can manually unzip the .war file somewhere that the weblogic server can see locally and then deploy the .war file expanded as the determinations server web app. If you do that you can deploy a new modules by copying the zip file in the directory WEB-INF/classes/rulebases to this place.

    2. it is possible to specify a rulebases directory that is not in the web application. In this case, it should be a place the web application can be done locally. You can deploy a new modules by copying the rulebase.zip file to the location specified modules.

    You specify a different directory to search rulebases by setting a java system property: determinations.server.rulebase.dir.

    Example of

    -Ddeterminations.server.rulebase.dir=/some/other/dir/rulebases

    Similar question on writing a file on SD card in this thread:

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/Rim/Board/message?board.ID=java_dev&thread.ID=55847

    I would use the name/value pair in PersistentStore approach to do this, which saves the duty serialize into a stream of bytes output to write the file.

  • How to package applications JavaFX based Nashorn

    Hello!

    As you know, we can write application JavaFX in JavaScript using the Nashorn engine, but you will need to run the application with the command line like: > app_all.js jjs - fx. So I don't know how can I deploy application that allow and click on request for lunch or make autonomous packaging application using package tools from JDK 7 Update 6 or later version.

    Thanks for the reply

    As you know when we run the js with the option file - fx we have elementary in the context and we can get it with the $STAGE global variable or explicitly implement the start function: function start (internship) {}. So I asked myself how can I put the primary stage in the context of the script? Fortunately, I found the solution for this light I can put something in the engine and use the key as a global variable in the script, that was the thing that I was missing.

    @Override
            public void start(Stage stage) {
               try {
                              InputStream SCRIPT=getClass().getResourceAsStream("app_all.js");
                              ScriptEngine engine = new ScriptEngineManager().getEngineByName("nashorn");
                              engine.put("$STAGE", stage);
                              engine.eval(new InputStreamReader(SCRIPT));
                    }catch( ScriptException ex){
                       Logger.getLogger(Appli1.class.getName()).log(Level.SEVERE, null, ex);
                    }

    Moves from 2014 version to version 2015, considered an update? If this is not how to deploy the 2015 version and remove the 2014 version?

    We currently have Adobe CC deployed on more than 4,000 computers, I am now looking to update installation on the newer versions that are 2015. If I create a new package it installs the latest but it also lets older versions of 2014.

    Is there a way to delete the versions of 2014? Or can we update the versions of 2014 and 2015?

    It's actually an upgrade.

    If the two can exist side-by.

    in the cc office application, there is an option to remove the older versions, but I don't know about the enterprise deployment.  You should check the documentation of the company.

  • How to deploy the JSF 1.2 and 2.0?

    Hello

    Probably a very stupid question :-)

    I have an installation running Weblogic 10.3.6 and ADF 11.1.2.3. The JSF 1.2 and 2.0 are deployed and active. They both have the name JSF.

    I have the similar system where only JSF 1.2 is deployed. Developers want to use JSF 2.0 so I tried to deploy via the administration Console. I get an error because there is already an application with the name of JSF.

    If I cancel the JSF 1.2 deployment I can deploy 2.0 with no problems.

    This is perfect and everyone is happy, but how to deploy two libraries with the same name? There must be something I don't know.

    What about Peter

    Use a different name for the shared libraries.

    The name of the shared library can be configured in the Console of administration or the Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\config\config.xml.

    'Presentation plug-in Services' are used to redirect all the analytical application to actual box where BI and saw or has seen the service is running or when the machine webcat is hosted...

    'analytics.ear' deploy us using oc4j em (ex: 10 g) default sound for "analytical".

    You want to deploy another file "analytics.ear" with a different name on the same Web server as oc4j? use the em, then go to the Application tab-> deploy.

    Thank you

    Hello Alan,.

    Is this an application ASDK 10 g or 11g? In both cases, the answer is really the same thing: do not install the ASDK in the production environment, but for 11g it's much easier to do.

    Kind regards
