  To expose processes that Webservice, please follow the steps below.
  Just click on process--> select process Webservice then it will open a new window, and then specify the name of the corresponding input parameter Web service method.

  Then build the application and test the service by clicking on the icon LaunchDeployedWebServiceswebapp in Eclipse, it will open the new window, it contains information about Web service, URL endpoint to access the WSDL Style HTTP WS, WS-Security authentication basic authentication.

  You try to import an application on the server as an ACL? Have you checked if this request was existing already or not? Sometimes, if the application archieve is corrupted this kind of situation may happen. Another reason may be that you have already deployed the application of the same name. try to cancel the deployment of the application if you have the same name and try to do it. You can also import in thw orkbench if you have individual files.

I read some blogs, but not able to understand how to deploy it on the virtual machine using Visual Studio online. I was able to publish the application to the Azure VM using Visual Studio 2015. But failed to deploy via VSO.
