How to disable Adobe CC subscription renewal

During a recent discussion with a representative of the Adobe technical support, I asked that the function of my renewal to Adobe CC be disabled.  Let me say very clearly that at no time in my life I always wanted my Adobe CC subscription renew automatically.  This is the snippet of our conversation:

Me: before I do, please confirm that my subscription will be EVER auto renew again. I don't play these games.

Adobe: I'm scared because this is something that we cannot ensure that our customer as we have here the automatic renewal process.

In response to this, I have three questions.

1.) is it possible that the subscription renewal feature may be disabled online?  If so please describe how I can access it.

2.) could you please deactivate my subscription renewal process?  Currently, I'm stuck in a subscription that I don't want to because the renewal process has been invoked AGAINST MY WILL.

(3.) If Adobe doesn't offer currently not a way to disable the renewal process, would you be kind enough as to make a priority of high #1 for development.  I need to be able to turn off the feature subscription renewal through the accounts and management by a representative of the support at my request.  Thus, you please develop this feature, while fewer people are harmed by the policies of renewal of Adobe?

The result of this encounter with Adobe, it is I have a continuous subscription which I DON'T, I feel scammed and I have a feeling that the policy of renewal is a scam.  My attitude towards Adobe has changed from a happy customer at one of the feeling abused and harmed.  I have been converted to a position never to buy another Adobe product as soon as I'm free this inextricable mess of my unwanted Adobe CC membership.  I want to warn in the world of other customers, existing and potential of Adobe on this incident, and I will proceed to describe the facts of my situation to others.
