How to disable updates in Adobe Acrobat Standard

About 8 months ago, we installed about 40 + Adobe Acrobat Standard 9.0 installations throughout our environment.  We then had the time to create a completely hands-free installation .msi, which turns off the automatic update feature and configures one a little more objects.

My question is:

How can I disable this function on Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Standard without having to go in edition > Preferences and then uncheck it?

Thanks for your time.

Go here:

The updated guide has your information.

If you get the AIR AIM application, you will get a database of other configurable preferences.
