How to download the latest version of mobile-synchronization of the catalog?

My hard drive died, and I discovered that this backup (RAID1) did not work for the last 5 months. I have all my photos on another drive. I just lost my LR catalog, but it was synced with mobile phone, how can I get it back?

I run LR and it asks me to create a new catalog or choose a local. Okay, I create a new one, I'm going on 'Sync with mobile LR' and he said:

Delete all data synched? Synchronize you currently 1.lrcat...

Perfect, so I'm syncing, but how do I get it back? I was trying to find a solution for the whole day, now I saw a LR update happened, so I installed: Lightroom version: CC 2015.4 [1060496]

And now I'm not able to open the 'Preferences', LR crashes.

Unfortunately, the catalog file (*.) LrCat) do not get synchronized on mobile, just images.

If you have a copy somewhere surviving backup catalog, you're out of luck.
