Run the Microsoft Windows Cleanup Utiliy tool and can only install Silverlight to 0.04 MB why?
In addition to running Windows cleanup Utility Tool I uninstalled Silverlight, or at least mb of 0.04 that it is installed at the end of all the other steps to remove all these Silverlight. I'd like to get this done because I'm really not completely restore my complete system that I'm disabled and watching movies is more often what I do > PEASE HELP!

Microsoft Windows Cleanup Utility issues with my computer
Hey I have a Compaq Presario V2000 and I have a problem with all programs. Recently, I bought a 500 GB external and wanted to install the WD Smartware software to use when saving files. The software installs correctly, and through many trials and tribulations, I called WD for help. The proposed support installation microsoft windows utility for cleaning and removal of the installers. He was not specific on installers to remove so I picked all of the installers who were featured on the list. Once the utility cleaned by the installers that I restarted my computer and now I'm having several issues such as the use of Itunes, Microsoft office and other key software. I tried to do a restore of the system several times and he has failed to restore. Another example is when I try to open a word document recent of my office with microsoft office 2003 word that I open the program and it says that I have problems with macros... He suggested several things about the macros in fixing and after suggestions still nothing works... Any suggestions? Thank you!

SOLUTION: Is annoying, but switch to Internet Explorer as default browser and go through the procedure described above. When I did, he received the license, which enabled Windows Media Player play all .wma files in the directory. Yes I have FIOS Media Manager installed, but I've done since the start of Windows 7. For the first week or so it does not start on my download restarts. It started with this Nov 3 update from Microsoft. I went to downloads and there were two of them; Update for Internet Explorer 8 for x 64 based and updated Windows Defender definition.
After you install these two updates on restart FIOS M.M. was live at startup and my favorite MSN have disappeared. I disabled FIOS M.M., but somehow, he has been activated with this download. I went on my drive external backup and recovered the Favorites but am always intrigued by this phenomenon and how it changed my registry.
