I have benefited from the technical support of their website and deleted the file and it redownloaded as they suggested. Now I can't even download it again completely and it will not uninstall.   Both computers have problems connecting to the server from the client? If this is the case then your firewall on your router is not blocking the client to connect to the server, or your ISP is blocking this IP and port, or. If only a PC Download/connection problems, it looks like you have a 3rd party firewall.
