How can I edit a scanned document using word processing software
The printer is a Deskjet 3052 a, OS = Vista,
I would like to know how to edit a scanned document using a word processor (ms Word). Or do I need OCR software that came with the printer.
Hello
You use an OCR module, it is not included with the printer software.
Personally, I know that Read IRIS offer good performance, you can check the web for any other.

can someone let me know how to print a scanned document. In printing only the 1st page prints fine as I know that there is more than one document. This is the version Adobe photoshop cc 2014. Someone said it you use printing quick button but who can't find anywhere.
Carolyn
Carolyn,
I don't know if Photoshop is the best solution for the printing of DOCUMENTS scanned. Photoshop opens a page of a DOCUMENT at a time, let's say you have a MultiPage PDF Document, when you open with the PS, tell him what page you want to open. Once you do, it will convert this page into basically a picture, a raster file that can be edited like a photo. So if you go to print, it prints only one page, you have open... So, if you have opened the first page of your document and go to print it, which explains why it only prints the first page.
So is what file type of the document that you are trying to print? If it's a PDF file, I opened it with Acrobat/Reader, depending on whether you have and that FILE you > PRINT it like that. Or is there a particular reason (Lighten/Darken/increase contrast etc...) you are needing to go first to Photoshop?
Give me a little more information on exactly what you're trying to do and I'll do my best to provide a workflow easier to achieve your final goal.
I hope this helps.

How can I turn off automatic OCR during editing of scanned documents?
When I use the Edit function, normally I just rearrange a few images in a scanned pdf document. Unfortunately, clicking on the "Edit" button automatically performs OCR, which sometimes causes problems. For example, when I'm working with is a scan of a document written by hand, the causes of OCR errors in the police, so in this case I don't want rock.
We have already OCR a document to the will in several menus, for example to improve scans or optimize PDF, so I do not understand the need for automatic OCR forced when you change the file. Developers must understand that OCR is not something, we always need or want.
In the settings menu to change of scanned Document, there is an option to disable "make all editable pages', in which case only the current page is OCR' ed. There is, however, no option to completely disable OCR, which makes no sense.
Is it possible to turn off OCR during the use of change?
Thank you.

You need a program to convert the scanned document images. Apparently you do not have a. Here are a few options for you to review: http://www.bing.com/search?q=software%20to%20convert%20scanned%20image%20into%20a%20document&mkt=en-us&FORM=TOOLBR&DI=6244&CE=14.0&CM=SearchWeb.
I hope this helps.

How OCR (editable text scanned pages) without inclusive
When a document is OCR'd, Acrobat DC places paragraphs - or what appears to be - paragraphs in each own bounding box. This "feature" prevents me from copying multiple paragraphs or pages to paste in another application (for example, the e-mail message). This isn't a problem in Acrobat X. screenshots below.
Is it possible to Acrobat DC to convert the page scanned in text editable without bounding boxes or remove the bounding boxes?
Acrobat cc - unable to choose beyond encompassing Acrobat X - able to select several paragraphs In the case where someone else need the answer, it is right click on the document and select "Select tool."

How to save a scanned document using the e Hp printing app
I'm going crazy
I scanned a document that I need e-mail and I can record it, nor any where-cloud or elsewhere-, neither can I e mail
I use my HP e print application and I scanned the document
My only options are to preview or change settings
There is NO menu or icons to make e-mail, forward, etc.
Please please helpHi Kathyagillespie,
Thanks for the information and shout it out. It's always nice to be complimented.
I checked this morning, and if you choose preview instead of scan, once the application has completed the analysis for the preview, it will return the same screen as on the #2 of screenshot. So this isn't the question and I am not able to recreate the problem you have, no option to save after scanning.
We will try to uninstall and reinstall the application. You need activate the application again.

I bought a pack of Acrobat 89.99 but cannot find a way to edit PDF files, which is the reason why I made the purchase. How can I change with this software?
Hi peggyb50904266,
I'm sorry for the confusion: Adobe PDF allows you to create and combine PDF files, but not change them. To do this, you must use Acrobat. If you wish, we can move your Pack PDF subscription for a Standard or Acrobat Pro subscription.
Best,
Sara
