How to enable third party cookies in Firefox 5

I get the message telling me how to enable third party cookies. Instructions for how to do tell me to choose the feature options Tools drop down menu, then click on 'privacy' and check a box that would allow cookies.
This check box is not on the menu "Confidentiality". What should I do?

Using the menu bar:

  • Press ALT or F10 to get the Menu to temporarily bar appear
  • with your mouse, make the selection of the tools > Options > privacy

By using the Firefox (Firefox 4 & 5):

  • Click the Firefox button > Options > Options > privacy

To see the option of third party cookies, the top privacy set 'Firefox will' to 'use the custom settings for history ".

See window Options - Privacy panel

    Hello

Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. To try to solve these problems, the first step is to clear cookies and cache.
Note: This will be you temporarily disconnect all sites, you're connected to.
To clear the cache and cookies to do the following:

    1. Go to Firefox > history > clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is displayed) go to tools > clear recent history.
    2. Under "Time range to clear", select "all".
    3. Now, click the arrow next to details to toggle the active details list.
    4. In the list of details, see the Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything.
    5. Now click the clear now button.

  • Cannot disable third-party cookies.

When I check not to accept third-party cookies it remains unchecked, until I close Firefox and reopen it. When I reopen it the box is always checked again to accept. I checked the box to follow-up to say I won't be subject to a follow-up & which stays checked after the reopening, but the third party reticks himself accept cookies box.

Sounds like you might have to remove cookies that are the cause.

  • on third party cookies

Hello! I just got the new macbook and I went invoice for my business and its saying that I need to allow third party cookies. I followed the instructions under "safari" and it seems to be for the earlier operating system. Help please! Thank you!

If software is only compatible with the older Mac your company, then it's a question for your IT Department.

What you can do on your side is in the Safari preferences > privacy > allow Web sites that I visit.

  • I have problems with Web sites that require cookies. In PRIVATE life, I checked ACCEPT COOKIES and third PARTY COOKIES. However, I still have problems. I used your "cookies enable and disable" but it still does not work. Thank you.

For example, I went to the site of Netflix (which I am registered on) and immediately I get a screen that asks me to enable cookies and gives me links to instructions on how to enable cookies for different operating systems.

Always good to start with a fresh reboot with Windows XP, if a question just happens.

Check your security software settings, you can block at this level, firewalls and modules FF.

    (1) FF settings: tools, Options, Privacy tab change, keep until: ask me every time, click OK at the bottom of the box. Then try to go to NetFlix, if you're not invited on the cookies, they don't get FF, get back to your other software security settings and modules of the FF.

  • How to install third-party extensions for cc 2015?

My extensions Manager refuses to install Magic by Anastasiy's color. I had it in 2014 of CC, but despite the extension itself being compatible with CC 2015, the extensions Manager obviously isn't. I searched the forums, help, FAQ and no answers. How to install this extension without the extension manager?

For our own site add-ons, you must use the application of CC desktop rather than the extensions Manager. For 3rd party extensions, you can use the CmdLineTool, explained here. : Adobe Exchange

  • How to install third-party plugins (.aaui) OS Yosemite (10.10.5) Acrobat XI Pro?

I downloaded a few plugins on the Adobe site and would like to install. In particular, I am looking for the mounting of additional tools (font, font size, color, etc.) to edit PDF files. How to install these plugins? I am running OS Yosemite (10.10.5) on an iMac.

AAUI files are not plugins, as mentioned TSN. They are simply sets of tools, and they will not add all of the new features in Acrobat, just provide a list of shortcuts to the tools that already exist in it.

Why I have to enable third party cookies to use SYNC? I keep off on 'Never', so I don't get a bunch of junk cookies of people or companies that I don't want on my computer. • Why I can not connect on the accounts of Firefox to put in place the synchronization? FF30 + keeps telling me how please enable cookies; cookies ARE enabled, already tried Safe Mode.

Exactly what it says on the Tin.

Why can't I connect to Firefox accounts to set up sync to my laptop? FF30 + keeps telling me how please enable cookies; cookies ARE enabled, and I already tried Safe Mode. This has happened since the new Sync has been set up, so I think that nearly 30 FF. I'm now up to 34 FF version and it still does not work. I was not able to sync from the "update".

Problem #1: Going to about: accounts and clicking the Get Started button Blue opens a blank screen. It's not even a prompt on the cookies. It's just empty. Screen attached.
It comes from before the modules are disabled. If they are disabled in Mode safe, we go to the #2 problem.

#2 problem: I've skimmed a thread (https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/1017) and I tried connecting to sync through accounts.mozilla.com instead, but if the screen does not turn white while the modules are always enabled, "Enable cookies" warning are as far as I can get. Go to about: accounts in Mode safe mode gives the same result. I deleted all my cookies and my cache, FF restarted several times with and without active modules and still nothing. I browsed this forum of support for similar issues, and while other people have the same problem, no other threads have been solved yet. Several later versions of FF, it is far too long for this question still unresolved... Screen attached.

I know where the Firefox Cookie Manager, and I have enabled all settings. I was even able to third party cookies (even though I shouldn't really because they are unnecessary). No difference. Screen attached.

I looked into: config and looked up the word 'cookie' in names, but even this is useless to me since I am not a programmer and so ignorant of what mean really all of these parameters. Screen attached.

I'm at the end of my rope here, guys. It has been for months. A year. Maybe more than a year. I don't even remember. I just got a new camera and I don't want to add all my Firefox information one by one. It doesn't seem to be a way to contact Mozilla directly, so... Someone help please...
