  From the form you want to sign open in Reader, select the tool fill & sign on the right side of the toolbar. This action opens the filler panel & sign of right hand. Then open (expansion) Tools to fill & sign.

  There are three possible scenarios to this point...

  1. The Signature Place tool is disabled (grayed out). That would be because the security on the folder setting do not allow any changes.

  I can tell you that the metadata about the object 52 0 is properly integrated with the PDF, and therefore the metadata document. See this screen shot in Acrobat X, which I get to by clicking on the additional metadata button.

  Make sure that Acrobat Reader DC is updated Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader.

  If the problem persists, try the solution below.

  The default "save under" Acrobat/Reader DC dialog box is different from the dialogue box you had in earlier versions of Acrobat/Reader, it also allows you to record in the clouds and previous locations that you saved the files.
