How to find all images taken with a particular goal

In Adobe Bridge CC under "Edit > find" there doesn't seem to be an option to search for a particular lens model.

I tried "view > show items from subfolders ' so I can apply the filter to get images taken by each goal, but that takes a lot of time when I 150 000 images.

Is there a better solution?

Hi Erik,

> In Adobe Bridge CC under "Edit > find" there doesn't seem to be an option to search for a particular lens model. >

As long as Lens appears in the menu Filter showing you what you used lenses, you can use all the metadata contains xxx in the Edit > find dialog box. He won't find a lens that is not named in the category of the lens. For example, I have the older 80-400 and he does not have lens category appears in the filter Panel. A research on that one is nothing. But my 17-35 actually trigger the category and I can type its description in the box of all metadata entry contains...

Do not forget to leave bridge index files when searching. It's slow, but it is not always right which is not indexed. Also, I noticed that it may take some time for the filter Panel recognize a lens. Moments with bridge when it is best to have a cup of coffee, or go do something else for a few minutes, then see if it is done, you know that he should be listed as your goal. Just pay attention to the type of lens, spaces and everything, exactly as it appears in the filter Panel.

  • HP Device Manager - unable to deploy images taken with a particular operating system to another OS

    Hi all

I tried to deploy an image from a HP T5565 (Thin Client) with the operating system HP ThinPro 4, an HP T5565 with the HP ThinPro 3 operating system. Anyone know if this is possible?

I am also having the same problem when you deploy an image from a HP T610 - thin thin clent Pro 4, a HP T610 - thin Pro 3 thin client.

I take the image by right clicking on the client, by clicking on "Send the task", imagery, and then capture Image.

I deploy images in the same way, but instead select the picture in the Templates window. It works very well for Thin Clients running on the same OS.

I would be grateful for any assistance with this!

    Kind regards

    Remo

This is the version of the image I want.

So bascially your problem is: being ThinPro 3 devices ThinPro 4 different OS, you are not able to find the captured image of ThinPro 4 tab ThinPro 3 OS.

Two methods for you to Imaging cross OSes.

    1. you have model result to capture the image on your DM console task

In this case, just click with the right button on the model of result and select "Copy to other OS", it should be ThinPro4 in your case, then you should be able to see and use the model on the ThinPro4 tab.

    2. you have a gold statue want to deploy, but no model of result in the console HPDM.

    1. Locate the gold statue.
    2. DM console, switch to tab ThinPro 3, import the image by clicking on the "Template"-> "Import"-> "Image Files"-> "to deploy without PXE.
    3. Browse the file in step 1, select ThinPro3 as the OS tab and enter a model name.
    4. Wait to build the model on the ThinPro3 tab.
    5. After that these, you can use the model to upgrade unit ThinPro 3 to ThinPro4.

Just FYI, we strongly recommend to update DM agent before performing all tasks with HPDM.

  • How to remove all members starting with a particular letter of the outline?

    Hi all

We need to remove all members from any letter of the Essbase outline.
All members are members of level 0.

    Essbase version - 11.1.1.3

Please let me know if it is possible and if so someone can help!

One way to do this would be:
    (1) the dimension on the export in a flat file with outline Extractor. I suppose that a view of level/gen would be preferable.
    (2) create a rules file that rejects all the level zero members starting with E.
    (3) check the box "Delete" unspecified on the reconstruction of the dimension.

Level e. zero members are not in the rules file, so they are removed.

I have questions about the data ghosts (level 1s who had all the Es and is now data members of level 0 with the data that you probably don't want) but I'm overthinking it, I suspect.

  • How to find all the Subvi value changes to a control inside a cluster?

I have a question I've had brewing for many years now, and as of today, this issue has become less philosophical for me now that I have a VI project with hundreds of screws in there to work through... If I have a cluster which is passed between/through several subVIs, is there a way to find all reads/writes to a particular control within this cluster? For example, if I use a global variable, I can find all the instances where this variable has been changed. Several times, a cluster is used to pass data instead of lots of global variables, but I know not anyway quickly find where specific parts of the latter are read or written in subVIs. Global variables becomes a headache when they are too many of them fly around, but I can't keep track of reads/writes in bunches without manually looking through a few screws hundreds that take in the cluster. Is there a function for this that I'm not aware of? I hope that this question/problem of logic. This may prompt a discussion of architecture, which I would be happy, because I will need to build projects of this scale in the future, but I think also completely stuck when the clusters are used (by me or others) to pass data autour. Thank you! John

If you ungroup by name and bundle by name, just do a search for text to the name of the control.

    Hi Bobsirkus,

The camera you have is compatible with the latest version of Lightroom, which is Lightroom 6/CC.

Please see the list of the camera supported by Lightroom: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices

You can use the DNG Converter, converts images and then import them into DNG in Lightroom.
