How to fix Movie Maker?

How to fix Movie Maker? He repeat that there is a problem and doesn't close. It seems impossible to try to get any assistance with this.

It is said there is a problem and is going to close, and that's all. Good luck getting any help from Microsoft. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I updated the NVidia driver and it worked, but when I went to use the same problem came and did not disappear.

Any help would be appreciated.

    ===================================
First of all, a simple solution... ask your friend to save
the Movie Maker project in the. WMV video format
and send it to you... so you can run it in Windows
Media Player as you would any other video clip.

The following video tutorials may be worth a visit:

    More info...

If your friend has sent you a "project file" for Movie Maker...
It will be with the extension .mswmm or .wlmp...
useless, unless you have copies of all sources
... of photos, video clips, audio files. Also you
will need a version of Movie Maker that is compatible
    with the project file.

There are several versions of Movie Maker and the
    project files are not retro-compatible.

Just to clarify... a Movie Maker project file is not
a video file... it is simply a text file that records the
path to the source files and saves any changes that
    Used effects and transitions.
