How to fix my computer?

A question very vague indeed. However, I can just imagine another way to formulate it. This computer is a Dell Inspiron I5 running on Windows 7 (can not be updated, see below) and is only around the age of 13 months. I never gave up, there is no physical problem (with the exception of overheating), and it is a very annoying problem indeed. Here are the symptoms, that I got it, and any help is appreciated with gratitude.

  • Overheating
  • Windows does not. This happens in ALL and nothing, especially when I first start the computer. There is absolutely no program that is immune to this problem from what I've seen. It happened in Firefox, Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, tools Microsoft FixIt, I tried to download, Windows Media Player, the office itself and the taskbar. Once the desktop and the taskbar to stop responding, all the other programs on the computer will be stop generally respond well. This is the main reason I must crush the power often button, and as much as I hate to do, it's the only way to solve this problem (however temporary is).
  • No Task Manager. The Task Manager itself is in the files of Windows, I spotted manually and even tried to use it from here, but nothing helps. Whenever I try to use or even any program able to play with it, I get this: http://puu.sh/3y9iO.png
  • Antivirus software does not. Since we bought AVG anti-virus 2012 (which automatically update anti-virus 2013, you mind.), he was unable to accept it. It is a premium, store-bought anti-virus that came with a disc, once all the processes have been made and we have reached these a few last steps, we still have the same error message and do not have use AVG anti-virus.
  • Microsoft Fixit tools does not. Whenever I tried a they always result in the same error and are unable to complete what they set out to complete.
  • It is a daily show, there is not a day where I don't have any of these symptoms. Whenever I have disable this computer I am confronted in knowing that I'll have to repeat the same process of start-up and shut down my computer until finally the gel reaches a minimum and I can use it.
  • Cannot update Windows. Sometimes it will show, in black letters above my taskbar; "Windows 7 this copy of Windows is not genuine.", usually after telling me to update windows. However, when I try to manually update windows through the tool, the tool updater freezes and most of the time stops responding. Sometimes that message is not here and I don't get notifications telling me to update, but I'm not entirely sure why. It is usually possible for me to leave the update tool, although to do this usually takes hours after they no longer

Will post more if I can think/run all in them.

I managed to fix everything now except the heat. It is cooled by comparison, so that's good.

But I did the upgrade on a system operating second, cloned, SSD. I also had to restore failures Win 10 updates when the user has not taken precautions before moving on to Win 10.

Updates worked, some failed. Updates the system down was recoverable and others had to be recovered by using the factory recovery disks.

How to get Vista recovery Media and/or to use the Vista recovery Partition on your computer.

There is no Vista free download legal available.

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

You can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

They will tell you how to do this.

Every computer manufacturer has their way of doing recovery disk/s.

Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
