  You can access Flex 3 in one week of training from the "Archives" link at the top right of the home page Adobe Flex 4 and Flash Builder in a week . The note has been copied below:

  In my opinion if you want to use the Vista 64 bit OS then you must buy it.

  The Vista which is preinstalled on the Toshiba laptop is an OEM version and I doubt you will get a new OS 64 bit only free only because the 32-bit was preinstalled on your laptop.
