  I'm trying to use the API to get the signature of all the users of the system fields. I can see this information in the web browser if I go to settings-> user management-> and selecting the user.

  The REST API exposes the user records (see the following document); However, signature fields are not included. We need to work on this addition to the API (in a later version), but the option is currently not available.

  My question is, how in the world this crook has my name, phone number, AND the software license number (he read off to me when I used the entry 'cmd')?

  Scammers are good at what they do.  You name & phone number could be from any source data extraction.  Enter orders that there you probably were for the product number that is the same for all users of win 7 (once again a good guess)

  If you can tell us the orders he had you enter we can give you more information.

  When LOV TimeZone is active on the date picker, it is not possible to retrieve the time zone selected by the user. There is an enhancement request filed for this feature.

  Since this is a known issue, there is a way to accomplish what you want:

  (1) the date picker does the conversion of the local time zone to UTC (GMT) time and provides a Java Date object.
  In order to bypass this conversion, you can use one of the techniques is:
  
  It's basically asking for the date picker to convert time UTC time UTC (no conversion) :-)

  (2) separate the zone LOV the date picker. You can use the function af:getCommonTimeZoneSelectItems() for this purpose.
