• Can someone direct me to resources on how you get TWO esx servers to the same storage array?

  I use:

  2 x Compaq DL380 G2 with 5i

  cards controller 5300 AND attached to the base storage Bay

  STORAGEWORKS ENCLOSURE 4354R RM DOUBLE PORTS U3 (not yet pregnant

  compatibility list).

  The first server appears to see the good in the console of the virtual server storage Center.  The second server will see s for only its own storage room tho.  How do both to see and use the same storage.  The concept is new to me, but trying to learn.  Is there something I need to see the same storage in the virtual Center for TWO machines esx Server?  All IM just not in the right place?  Thank you.

Looks like the 4354R has the bus is divided into 2 x 7 disks and each connector in the back can 'see' 1 of the two buses. The quickspecs (http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/10624_div/10624_div.html) refer to "... allows access to two areas of storage separated from two different servers. So the first "thing" would be to get two buses attached together inside the unit so that the two connectors on the back see all readers, you must get the endpoint SCSI disabled on the device (you want termination on each 'end' of the cable that is two SCSI adapters in the servers).

  While you might be able to get the 4354R shared between the two ESX hosts, you can also get all the benefits of the shared disk + the possibility of vMotion, etc. by implementing the 4354R known as iSCSI or NFS storage. It also swings you back to something that is 'supported '. To do this, you have two approaches

  1. Fix 4354R on one of the ESX boxes, create a virtual machine that has access to the entire disk on the 4354R and run something like OpenFiler in the virtual machine to 'share' the disk via NFS or iSCSI

  2. Set up a 3rd server if you have one available and run the version of "bare metal" OpenFiler, or install Linux or OpenSolaris distribution and configure NFS and/or iSCSI target.

  You seem to be run the installer a second time. You don't need to do.

  What you need to run is the 'dbca' database - creation wizard which will guide you through the process of creating a database.

  Note: The first time you run the installation program ('runInstaller'), after completing the installation of the software, it automatically calls the "seamless" Database Wizard (except if you have selected the option do not create a database when you started the installation program).

• How to get the file png in resource file

  I have simple bitmaps I want to display in my program.  I'm using Eclipse and and the 4.6.0 version.

  I believe that the graphics.drawImage () to be quite frank, but I've never used before Java resources and do not understand the necessary step to get a bitmap (png or bmp on my PC file) in resource file so that I can pack with my program and use it.

  I tried to get the decoumentation and this forum, but probably used looking bad terms since I've not found anything. Can someone point me in the right direction?

• How to get multiple rows in the table is displayed on the form

  I am looking for a way to get more table rows that appear on the form.  I created a table with a header and a line with the add-in and remove button option.  I like how the sample purchase order form has it setup in the designer it shows one line and it appears on the form so the table has three rows to start with.  How do I do that?  I looked at the code on the sample and I couldn't find it anywhere.  Please help, thanks.

  The resource administrator has nothing to do with the payload.  Usually everything you have found is the name of the resource in the application.  You will need to use the IOM APIs to retrieve information about the resource using the tcObjectOperationsIntf.  It might be especially in the catalog entry although if you completed the approval value.

  1. I think you intend to ask, is possible to send messages from multiple queues of Weblogic to a single MQ? Answer is Yes, but again, you should have several listener/Consumers(For ex: MDBs) to consume the message of Weblogic queues and the post of MQ.

  2. Yes, it is possible (which transfers the message from IBM MQ to Weblogic Distributed queue). Note: Only the Member would receive the message (the basic principle of the queue).

  The best way to incorporate Weblogic with IBM MQ series is via a foreign JMS server. You can find more information on Oracle Section KM 972848.1

  I'm experimenting with data merging in InDesign CS3. The biggest obstacle I've met tries to get my record flowing continuous text in a single text frame (which would, ideally, "automatic formatting" on the new pages in the document). Records vary considerably in length, and so I can't just create a standard repeat on the page text frame.

  Perhaps, data fusion is not the best way to achieve this and I should be learning to script in place. I feel like I'm just one step, however.

  Data fusion is not thread. There is a nifty script to Rorohiko who will do it for you after the merger, however. Best strategy is to merge, run the script, delete everything except the first image on the first page, then pick up the excess and auto-flux in the document.
